Abstract

The increasing accessibility of the internet has made information systems a crucial tool in various fields, including education. At MTsN 1 Batam, student data management is still performed manually, leading to issues such as data loss and time-consuming administrative processes. To address these problems, a web-based student service and reporting information system is required. This system aims to provide a clear and structured framework for managing student data, support efficient administration, and create transparency in communication between the school, students, and parents. The system will be developed using the Waterfall method, ensuring that student data is stored neatly and is easily accessible. It is expected that the implementation of this system will enable MTsN 1 Batam to manage student data more effectively, reduce paper usage, and expedite administrative processes, thereby supporting the school's vision of digitalization.
