Abstract
In an IT consulting company, every ongoing project requires a platform for the company and clients to discuss products and monitor the project's progress. Communication via email or private messages can risk messages being lost or deleted, and using text editors or paper to create documents can lead to the risk of losing files. This can significantly impact every project because it becomes challenging to control the project's progress. PT XYZ Sales and Project Monitoring Information System provides a solution to this problem, allowing all parties related to the project to easily monitor its progress within a single system. The software development method employed is the waterfall method, chosen for its systematic and gradual approach.
