Analisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas Dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Energi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

In this study, company size and age are used as control variables to examine how the profitability and solvency of companies impact firm value. Companies in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022 are the subjects of the research. This study employs a quantitative method. Energy sector companies meeting certain standards are utilized as the sample, selected through purposive sampling. The study comprises 165 observations. Descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression are employed for analysis, conducted using the SPSS v.20 software. The study finds that firm value is positively influenced by solvency and profitability.
