Abstract

The National Land Agency (BPN Kota Batam) has developed the SIPUPUK application, which contains information on the distribution of small islands around Batam City. However, the information presented, particularly regarding the classification of the population, is not yet fully complete. The application is designed to provide an intuitive platform for users to search for spatial planning data, land ownership, island information including geographical details, and the classification of the population of small islands around Batam City based on residential status. Utilizing the PHP programming language, the system development method employed is the Waterfall method, as this approach allows for systematic planning and structured execution. The SIPUPUK application is anticipated to become a significant tool for users to understand and manage the information of small islands around Batam City. Providing complete and current information, the application contributes to better decision making and sustainable development in the archipelagic region.
