Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has encouraged organizations to improve efficiency in human resource management, particularly in the recruitment process. Manual recruitment processes tend to be time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to administrative errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based recruitment application that can accelerate, simplify, and enhance the effectiveness of candidate selection. The system development method employed is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The developed application is capable of managing applicant and administrator account registration, uploading required documents, and processing applicant data in a structured manner. The testing results indicate that the application improves data management accuracy, accelerates the selection process, and provides greater transparency in recruitment activities for both applicants and the recruiting organization. Thus, this application is expected to support digital transformation in the field of human resource management and can be further developed according to future user requirements.
