Abstract
This research aims to find out whether workforce agility influences adaptive performance, whether workforce agility
influences work engagement, whether work engagement influences adaptive performance, and whether workforce
agility influences adaptive performance with work engagement as a mediator for employees of PT X, PT Y, and PT Z.
Determining the sample size for this study used a non-probability sampling approach with a saturated sampling
technique. The questionnaire was used as a data collection medium which was distributed online to all 65 employees
of PT X, PT Y, and PT Z. The analysis technique was carried out using quantitative methods which were processed
using Smart-PLS version 3.29. The research results show that Workforce Agility has an influence on adaptive
performance, Workforce agility has an influence on work engagement, Work engagement has an influence on
adaptive performance, and Workforce agility has an influence on adaptive performance and work engagement as a
mediator.
