Pengembangan Aplikasi Skillslab Berbasis Website dengan Metode UCD (User Centered Design)

Abstract

The Skillslab application is an online course platform that focuses on developing understanding and skills for students or the general public by providing access to video-based learning materials. In an era of rapidly changing information technology, skill improvement and recognition have become crucial. One method to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of technology is through lectures, but not all individuals have access to such opportunities due to financial constraints and limited time. Another alternative is to participate in bootcamp programs or intensive training to obtain certification. However, the current Skillslab application lacks these features. Therefore, the development of the Skillslab application involves adding bootcamp features and certificate issuance using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The benefits of this research is to improve the abilities and skills of participants by providing online learning services through quality content, serving as a knowledge base for users to find solutions to current problems.
