Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT YTS. A survey approach was applied to 100 employees selected through a stratified sampling technique. Data processing and testing were conducted using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. Instrument evaluation encompassed validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing was evaluated via multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The empirical findings demonstrate that work motivation and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, exert a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance. These findings confirm that internal drive and adherence to organizational regulations play an essential role in optimizing workforce productivity. Based on these empirical contributions, this study provides strategic recommendations for the management of PT YTS to sustain motivational dynamics and strengthen disciplinary compliance in order to maintain long-term operational efficiency.
