Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the way consumers access product information, particularly in the food and beverage industry. Hikirin Daily, a culinary business in Batam, had not provided an independent information medium for customers using its self-pickup service. Product information was still distributed manually through Instagram and WhatsApp, resulting in limited accessibility and inefficiency. This study aimed to design and develop an interactive e booklet as a digital menu information medium for Hikirin Daily using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. The e-booklet integrates menu information, product images, prices, descriptions, and interactive features, including navigation, ordering links, and supporting service links, into a single platform. A total of 30 respondents took part in assessing the developed product using the System Usability Scale (SUS), which produced an average score of 79.75, indicating good usability and an acceptable level of usability. This outcome indicates that the interactive e-booklet functions well as an effective digital medium for menu information, allowing self-pickup customers to access product information independently
