Pengujian Usability Sistem Donasi Berbasis Laravel Menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale (SUS)

Abstract

This research analyzes the usability level of the web-based donation system lazisnubatam.com, developed using the Laravel framework. The study applied the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, with questionnaires distributed online via Google Forms to 33 respondents. Usability testing was carried out through four task scenarios, and the responses were processed using the SUS scoring procedure. The results revealed that the system obtained an average SUS score of 74, which corresponds to grade B, categorized as ‘Good’, and falls within the ‘Acceptable’ range. These findings indicate that the developed system is generally usable and acceptable to users, although further refinement is needed to improve user comfort and satisfaction. This study contributes as a reference for developers in enhancing the quality of online donation systems, particularly in supporting efficient, transparent, and user-friendly donation services at LAZISNU Kota Batam.
