Abstract

he development of information technology has changed trade patterns, encouraging many businesses, including the motorcycle accessories industry, to shift to digital platforms. Toko Bintang Motor Batam, which previously relied on a manual sales system, faces challenges in reaching customers widely and providing product information quickly. This study aims to develop a web-based motorcycle accessories sales system using the Laravel 11 framework and MySQL database. This system is designed to address store operational issues and improve customer experience and reach a wider customer base. The method used is the waterfall method, starting from analysis to testing and maintenance. With this system, it will facilitate sellers and buyers in the buying and selling process of goods at Toko Bintang Motor Batam, thus providing comfort and satisfaction in transactions.
