Pembuatan Video Panduan Praktik Penggunaan pada Aplikasi Cideo di PT. Cicor Panatec

Abstract

The use of digital-based applications and tools has become an essential part of operational activities at PT. Cicor Panatec, yet many employees still struggle to remember how to operate them despite having received training, forcing trainers to repeat sessions and making the work process inefficient. This study aims to develop a practical usage-guide video for the Cideo application as a feasible, practical, and effective training medium. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, comprising the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The video was designed using a combination of live-action and motion graphic techniques to present work procedures in a dynamic and memorable way. During the testing stage, subject-matter experts and media experts conducted feasibility validation (alpha testing), followed by a field trial (beta testing) involving thirty respondents. The testing evaluated the visual, audio, and content-comprehension aspects. The evaluation results yielded an overall feasibility score of 91.82%, which falls into the "highly feasible" category. In conclusion, the developed guide video is effective as a training medium that helps employees understand work procedures independently and reduces their dependence on trainers.
