Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis iSpring Suite 11 pada Materi Pelatihan Turtle Diagram

Abstract

This study develops interactive multimedia based on iSpring Suite 11 for Turtle Diagram training material at a manufacturing company in Batam City, in response to limitations in the conventional one-way training method that relies on PowerPoint slides presented directly by a trainer. The product was developed using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and includes text-to-speech narration, PowerPoint animation, structural illustrations of the Turtle Diagram, and an interactive quiz built with iSpring QuizMaker. Validation results obtained a score of 94.55% (Very Feasible) from the material expert and 91.67% (Very Feasible) from the media expert, with an average of 93.11%. A trial involving 25 training participants obtained a feasibility score of 78.56% (Feasible) for the multimedia product itself, covering the Content and Knowledge/Skill Gained aspects; a separate Training Facilitator aspect embedded in the same questionnaire scored 78.74% (Feasible) and is reported independently, as it reflects the in-product guide rather than the multimedia content. These results indicate that the interactive multimedia based on iSpring Suite 11 is valid and suitable for use as an independent training medium for employees in a manufacturing company environment.
