RANCANG BANGUN DASHBOARD VISUAL MONITORING PROGRESS PROYEK JETTY BERBASIS WEB DENGAN PENDEKATAN PIECES

Abstract

Monitoring and documentation of the construction progress of the PT PP (Persero) Jetty at PT Multi Ocean Shipyard (MOS) is still carried out using Google Drive as a storage medium for reports and project documentation. This mechanism causes project information to be scattered across various folders and the validation process is carried out manually, making it difficult for management to obtain project progress data quickly and accurately. The purpose of this study is to build a system to track the progress of a web-based project that can integrate visual documentation, physical progress, daily activities, and workforce data into one centralized system. The Waterfall method is used as a software development model, while the PIECES method is used to analyze the problems of the running system. This system is built using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database, and implements role-based access control (RBAC) to manage user access rights. The results of the study indicate that the dashboard built can improve the quality of information presentation, accelerate the process of monitoring and validating project progress, and assist decision-making by displaying data in real-time. The results of Black Box testing indicate that the system can be used to track the construction progress of the PT PP (Persero) Jetty because the validation and documentation processes run according to user needs.
