Item Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah (survei pada nasabah Bank Mandiri Batam Batu Ampar)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-09-07) Agustrianto, Andri; Sinaga, InggridBanking institutions is an important instrument for Governments is controlling the financial and monetary policy in stabilizing and increasing economic growth. As a service company, the bank sued the more professional, trustworthy and superior in service as well as the customer desires can compensate for the changes effectively. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the survey was conducted at Bank Mandiri Batam Batu Ampar Branch. This study aims to determine the effect of each variable on the quality of the most influential service and test the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. The variables of this research are Tangible (physical aspect), Reliability (reliability aspect), Responsiveness (aspect of catch power), Assurance (aspect of guarantee), Empathy (aspect of awareness) together and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction variable with the most dominant factor Is variable Reliability and Empathy to customer satisfaction. This research uses explanatory research approach (explanatory research) with a sample of 116 people who are customers who transact at the teller. This research use regression equation test, the result of this research get the regression equation formed is Y = - 0,640 + 0,299X1 + 0,504X2 + -0,194X3 + 0,298X4 + 0,130X5. Based on the result of t test, tangible, reliability, assurance, empathy have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction while responsiveness variable has negative and significant effect to customer satisfaction.Item Pengaruh Positioning Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Menjadi Nasabah Di Ajb Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Nagoya(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-07-19) Vera, Vetty; Wirangga Pratama, AdytiaThis research aims to know about the effect of positioning strategy on customer purchasing decisions in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Nagoya Branch. This positioning strategy plays an important role in the marketing of services. Positioning strategy which is product characteristic, price, product quality, product user (consumer), usage is expected to improve purchasing decision. Respondent of this research is Customer who has become active user of insurance policy of Mitra Asri at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Nagoya Branch. This analysis tool is used to find out the extent of the influence of identifies(X1),Grade (X2), Describe (X3), Promote (X4) and purchasing decisions(Y). the Research results show that partially variable Grade, Describe and Promote has a positive influence and a significant but variable Identifies no effect significant to purchasing decisions.Item Analisis Pengaruh Ekspor Impor Terhadap Nilai Tukar Usd Dan Sgd(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-08-22) Sabtiadi, Kurniawan; Kartikasari, DwiExports are the activities of selling products from one country to another across the border of a country's customs territory, with the aim of obtaining the much- needed foreign exchange of the country, creating jobs for the domestic labor market, obtaining import duties and other taxes, and maintaining a balance between the flow Goods and money flows circulating in the country. This study was conducted to determine the effect of several independent variables, namely national exports, national imports, Batam exports, imports of Batam to the dependent variable ie the kurs of USD and SGD. This research is a kind of explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data used in this study is time series data in the period 2014-2016 obtained from the official website of the Central Bureau of Statistics. The sampling method is 36 saturated samples. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS. The point system method is used in job evaluation to determine the relative value of positions in the basic salary structure. Data analysis technique used is multiple regresion, with sample of 100 respondents by using purposive sampling. Instrument of validity test using product moment correlation analysis from Pearson, while for reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. This research uses the technique of sampling-taking the overall number of saturated with the existing population is used as a sample that is as much as 61 employees NDVC (Non Direct Value Cost) on the PT X. Data collection methods used are questionnaire and data processing using the software SPSS 23 for windows V. The results showed that each of the independent variables provides a positive and significant influence towards organizational commitment but variable negative influence sportmanship and significantly to organizational commitment. Seloko Batam Shipyard in tin the face of competition. This research is used to determine the current state describes the company and determine the strategy of the company which can be used in the future. This research was done so that the company could face an increasingly tight competition. This research was conducted on the services of PT. Seloko Batam Shipyard. This study uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis which measured from the external and internal factors as well as the profile of the competition. Results in May of EFAS and IFAS is PT. Seloko Batam Shipyard located in quadrant II, namely increasing the power to minimize the threat to be able to take opportunities that exist. The strategy can do is improve the quality of products/services offered, doing promotions regularly and increasing market segmentation. The opportunities that can be taken is to seize a share of the market by maintaining regular customer. The threat of companies is the level of competition is high. Its greatest strength is having a strategic location which is easy to reach by boat. Weakness lack of promotion was owned on a regular basis and limited human resources. Strategies that can be used is the company's product development, market penetration, expantion and market diversification.
