Item Algoritma Menghindari Lawan pada Robot Barelang 7.1(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2018-06-06) Tinambunan, Devi Gusnaensi; Sugandi, Budi; Prayoga, SenanjungKRI is an Indonesia robot contest which consists of 4 main categories and one of them is the Indonesia Soccer Robot Contest (KRSBI). On the rules during the game of Wheeled KRSBI, the robots are strictly forbidden to hit or push the opponent robot. If that is the case then the robot will get a yellow card. The robots also are at risk of getting a red card then ejected from the field if the robot hits an opponent with a bang. To prevent this, the author has designed an algorithm to avoid and reduce the intensity of a robot doing a physical contact with opponents. The algorithm was formed from the combination of vision cameras and sensors ping. The camera will detect the opponent robot based on the color of its identity. Color identity must be filter for separating it from the background so it can be identified. The filter used is the color filter HSV plus filter erosion, dilation, and controls the blob. The opponent's robot detection is also facilitated with the use of a Parallax Ping sensor. Sensors ultrasonic wave shooting into the opponent's robot and then receive back the reflections so that known distance between them. After testing done against this system, robot Barelang 7.1 can detect opponent robots with good result. The robot can detect his opponent from a distance of 50 cm to 5.5 meters. Once detected, the robot would avoid his opponent while approximately ≤ 40 cm.Item Rancang Bangun Pendeteksi Api Berbasis Vision untuk Pengendalian Kamera Pengawas(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2018-01-03) Riyadi, Dedy Slamet; Aisyah, SitiFires is a disaster caused by flame or uncontrolled burning that can endanger human life, buildings and ecology. Fires are unpredictable when it will happens. For examples forest fire, Fires in housing or building can occur during the day or night. The use of CCTV/webcam which can monitor the location for 24 hours is very effective to prevent the occurrence of fire. Therefore, we built a system that can detect early fire based on image processing by using the method of HSV color segmentation . The system processes the data image which captured by the webcam in real time through the LabVIEW software. The fire detection process is done by using Image enhancement method and combined with result of HSV color segmentation to produce the segment object in the form of blob so that it can know the number of detected object and the center point of the fire object. Based on the results of testing and analysis, it is concluded that user control in terms of color sampling and color tolerance of fire objects have an important role in the segmentation process. The accuracy of the system that has been made is 98% with error of 0.25% for the detection conditions at night. The system is able to detect the presence of fire in real time around 30 fps at a resolution of 1024 x 768. Therefore, in order to avoid blackouts from PLN, the was designed As backup of power souce when PLN was extinguished. Based on the measurements made over the 5-day period, the power measurements were performed on the SDP-1 panel, Date / Time: November 10, 2017 (12:00) -11 Nov 2017 (11:00 am), power measurement on the SDP panel -2 Date / Time: 13 Nov 2017 (14:00) -14 Nov 2017 (11:00), and power measurement on the SDP-AC panel Date / hours: 13 Nov 2017 (14:00) - 14 Nov 2017 (09:00 hours). From the measurement result on each panel of SDP each floor then do the calculation and obtained measured load data equal to 165,86 kW. Currently, the technology to make electrical energy savings has been much to the stage of controlling electrical equipment with the system remotely. However, from that system we must know the equipment is controlled in accordance with the commands given and to get the information it needs a feedback such as indicators that become parameters of control success done. On this system using a Microcontroller device that will be the center of the control of data processing sensors and NodeMcu as a data sender device to the web. data transmission communications used are I2C and wireless communications, then all data sent will be received and stored by Raspberry as a system server. To perform such control can be done through the web so, that electrical appliances at home can be controlled remotely.Item Kendali Lengan Robot Manipulator Menggunakan Kamera Stereo(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-15) Alfianto, Ary; Sugandi, Budi; Toar, HandriRobot Manipulator is used in various processes, one of them in the field of medicine. Doctors use tools such as robot manipulator as a tool to translate hand movements to perform surgery. In other applications, the movement of the robot manipulator uses the joystick so in use it needs the ability to control the robot manipulator. Based on the above exposure the author makes a robot manipulator control system using hand movement, so from the results of the study designed a control system that connects the robot manipulator with stereo camera using TCP IP connection. The method used in this research is offline and online method, which is offline method that result of data received from stereo camera will be shown visual robot manipulator on PC, while method of online data received from input will be sent to PC server using communication of TCP IP to control the robot manipulator. The conclusion and result of this research, the robot manipulator can move in accordance with the movement of the hand offline and online, and the movement speed of the robot manipulator movement approaches the speed of hand movement when the internal speed of the robot manipulator is 100%.Item Kunci Pintu dengan Smartphone Android Menggunakan NFC – Enabled dan Password(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-15) Pasaribu, Boreys Mayrandika; Aisyah, SitiSecurity is a very important thing especially for those who have valuable goods or things. Sometimes a lock or a regular key is not enough to protect against the danger of theft. Therefore, the need for a security system must be other than a mechanical key to avoid the danger of theft. The key can be implemented on the android smartphone as the second key on the door making it hard to forcibly open. At the door will be open or locked with servo motor. For keys using NFC – Enabled system on smartphone by enabling NFC connectivity from smartphone settings. When the NFC device is adjacent to the NFC Reader, then the installed system on the door lock will ask for the password and then the password is entered by the user through the keypad, when the smartphone and password are entered correctly the motor will move the door lock so that the door lock is unlocked. Testing is done using 5 different types of smartphone to prove the compatibility or compatibility of NFC system - Enabled. The Sony M4 Aqua, LG G3 and HTC Desire Eye smartphones have the same UID (Unique ID), while the Samsung Note 3 and Samsung S4 branded smartphones have an ever-changing UID when shipping data to NFC Reader. Based on the test results, 5 types of smartphones tested can not be used as a door lock if using NFC system - Enabled, this is because the data received does not match the data stored and there is a smartphone that has the same UID making it difficult for microcontrollers recognize the smartphone, however it can be resolved by a password in the second layer security that found on the system.
