    Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Kota Batam

    This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational culture on the performance of Batam City government employees. The type of data used in this study is ordinal scale. Scaling method used in the instrument of Likert scale with 5 rating categories. Moreover, this data using sampling technique used is the quote sampling method and the data processing technique in this study using SPSS 22 software program. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis to prove and test the hypothesis in the study. The conclusion of this study shows result which that the three variables such as leadership style, motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Batam City government employees. The conclusions of this study contribute to the leadership to further enhance the leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation in an agency to the performance of employees.

    Perbedaan Kreativitas dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Menerapkan Kaizen dan yang Tidak Menerapkan Kaizen

    The pupose of this study is to examine the difference of creativity and employee's innovative working behavior in manufacturing firms that apply kaizen and those that do not apply kaizen. Population in this study are employees and staff who working at manufacturing company in Batamindo Industrial Park Muka kuning, Batam. The study is using primer data obtained from the questionnaire. In addition, the sample of this study are employee who is active working with the number of samples as many as 100 employees. In addition, the sampling technique using purposive technique sampling where sampling is based on certain criteria. Technic of processing data using the software IBM SPSS 20. Hypothesis test is done by using paired samples t-test analysis by software IBM SPSS 20. Moreover, the results of this study indicate that there are differences in creativity and innovative working behavior in companies that apply kaizen and those that do not apply kaizen. Kaizen is able to increase effectivity and also efficiency on operational process in a company. In conclusion, study for further are suggested to increase the number of samples and to use different data collection techniques, and also this study can be apply in another firm such as service firm, IT firm, and etc.

    Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

    Employee’s are one of the assets of the company in obtaining revenue. Employees who have the quality and integrity is a resource that is expected of the company. Efforts by the company to gain human resources which are expected to contribute positively in the improvement of employee performance. This research have purpose to found the influence of financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment to employee performance. Respondents in this study were 396 permanent employees who worked in manufacturing companies in Batam, a data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. The research found that financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation has no direct influence on employee performance, but motivation and organizational commitment directly affect the performance of employees in Batam. Based on these results, it is advisable for the company to pay more attention to the policy of compensation, motivation, and creating employee commitment so that the performance of employees in the company will be increase. This study is limited to permanent employees of manufacturing companies in Batam, then for subsequent studies recommended to use sample from other types of company.

    Pengaruh Pemberian Reward dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Jasa Pelayanan Telekomunikasi di Batam

    This research intends to evaluate the effects of reward and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted specifically on the telecommunications services company in Batam in 2015. The data was collected using a questionnaire to the respondent. The study tested the validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, and test multiple regression analysis. Results from this study is the reward positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation and significant positive effect on the employee performance, reward and motivation positive and significant impact on the employee performance. Limitations of the research is a company that is used is limited to the services sector. As for the implications and suggestions for future research is the number of samples multiplied so get more accurate data, add another variable or using references other variables that effect the performance of the employee.

    Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

    This research is about the leadership style and motivation that influence the performance of employees. The leadership style was assessed by two characteristics , namely : Follower Belief Questionnaire and Attributes of Leader Behavior Questionnaire and the motivation and performance of employees assessed as a whole depends on the theory used. After testing the hypothesis by using SPSS 17, following the results of the hypothesis: There is a positive and significant impact on employee performance leadership style and there is no a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance. Each variable was tested in one by one, using a simple linear analysis. With the leadership style of the company is very influential on the performance of an employe , but motivation does not affect the performance of the employee.

    Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

    This research is about organization culture and motivation that impact to satisfaction of working and employee's performance. The culture of organization appears itself. The pleasure of working environment is one of culture in the company. In this research the researcher only examines the effect of the each independent variable to dependent variable. The organization culture stated in five characteristics: process oriented; employee oriented; parochially;open system; loose control; and normative. This condition as same as satisfaction of working that also stated in five characteristics: salary; promotion; partner; higher authority; and occupation. The motivation and performance of employee view in whole situation depend on theory used. After examined the hypotheses used SPSS 17, this are the results of hypotheses: there is positive and significant effect between organization culture and motivation to satisfaction of employees. Is variable tested one by one, used simple linear analysis, because of the culture of company is really effect to satisfaction and performance of employees. So that employers motivation is important as main unit to improve the enthusiasm in increasing performance in working.
