    Analysis of the Application of Spatial Audio in VR Tower Defense Game Rise of Majapahit in Improving Better Sound Localization Ability

    irtual reality is a technology that is commonly used in games. To enhance its immersiveness, spatial audio plays a very important role as it can allow players to feel very important as it allows the player to feel the depth and direction of sounds in the game environment. The number of players who still find it difficult to localize the presence of enemies that are visually out of visual sight, making it a little difficult for them to complete the game. This research examines application of spatial audio in the VR game Tower Defense: Rise of Majapahit to improve sound localization capabilities. Using comparative quantitative methodology, this study tested respondents in physical and virtual environments, collecting data through t-tests. in physical and virtual environments, collecting data through independent t-test. Results showed a significant difference in ability to identify the direction of sound, easier virtually than physically, particularly sounds from behind, right, and left. This finding confirms the importance of spatial optimization of audio in VR games to create a more immersive gaming experience. This research provides insights for further development of spatial audio technology, supporting the creation of immersive and satisfying virtual environments for the player.

    Implementasi Auto-rigging Cloudrig pada Karakter Abi dalam Film Animasi “Laut Kite”

    Penggunaan Auto-rigging Cloudrig pada animasi “Laut Kite” sebagai pengganti proses rigging secara manual yang bertujuan untuk mempersingkat waktu pengerjaan setiap karakter. Namun animasi ini memiliki banyak karakter yang akan dikerjakan pada proses rigging. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dengan menggunakan Cloudrig yang dapat mempersingkat tahapan pengerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode berbasis artistik dan pembentukan studi literasi yang mengumpulkan data bersumber dari internet yang akan dijadikan catatan dan panduan dalam proses tahapan Cloudrig pada Blender yang dibuat untuk animasi “Laut Kite” dalam membantu proses produksi. Penelitian menganalisis perbandingan karakter Abi yang menggunakan Cloudrig dan karakter humanoid menggunakan rig manual untuk mengetahui perbedaan dalam proses pengerjaan. Dengan adanya perbadingan proses tahapan Cloudrig dan rig secara manual menjadi objek perbandingan dari penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan Cloudrig pada proses pembuatan rigging karakter Abi dapat mempersingkat waktu pada proses pembuatan animasi.

    The Documentation Quotation Information System at CV. Gabril Mitra Perkasa stands as a testament to successful design and implementation in the realm of web-based innovations. This sophisticated system is purpose-built to streamline the intricate processes involved in documenting quotation data, facilitating seamless email communication with clients, generating comprehensive reports, and monitoring the real-time status of ongoing projects. The development methodology employed in this endeavor is the Waterfall Method, ensuring meticulous planning with well-defined steps and systematic progress tracking. The web-based platform not only empowers the company with the ability to optimize and refine its operational processes but also serves as a robust tool for mitigating the risks associated with potential errors. The strategic implementation has, in turn, fostered a more productive and dynamic work environment. This newfound efficiency has yielded tangible results, positively influencing the overall productivity of the company and enhancing customer satisfaction.     Supply Chain Digitalization Strategy For Coconut Shell Charcoal To Reduce The Risk Of Loss In International Trade

    International business involves trade activities conducted between countries. To ensure the production of the best products, a company must have effective supply chain management. Digitalization is being widely adopted as a solution to address the challenges in international trade, keeping pace with technological advancements. This research aims to analyze the financial risks arising from the effectiveness of supply chain management in a company that produces coconut shell charcoal, utilizing digitalization. The research methodology includes a literature review, drawing data from various expert sources and readings. The findings of this research identify the challenges faced by coconut shell charcoal companies in their international supply chains and propose digitalization strategies to minimize financial risks. The results demonstrate that leveraging digital technology can enhance operational efficiency, reduce logistical barriers, and improve responsiveness to market demands. Implementing digitalization strategies offers significant benefits by enhancing overall company performance and customer satisfaction levels.

    APLIKASI MANPOWER PLANNING & OVERTIME DATA ENTRY PT SUMITOMO WIRING SYSTEMS BATAM INDONESIA

    Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif, manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi sangat penting bagi keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Salah satu aspek yang memerlukan perhatian khusus adalah perencanaan tenaga kerja dan manajemen lembur. Dalam proyek ini, penulis mengembangkan aplikasi desktop yang bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi perencanaan tenaga kerja dan pengelolaan data lembur. Aplikasi ini menyediakan berbagai fitur, antara lain kemampuan untuk mendapatkan ringkasan jumlah pekerja per kelompok, mencatat jumlah pekerja setiap bagian, dan mencatat jam lembur setiap bagian. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur penghitungan kebutuhan tenaga kerja ideal. Pendekatan pengembangan yang diadopsi adalah metode prototipe, yang dipilih untuk memastikan kemampuan beradaptasi dan tanggap aplikasi terhadap kebutuhan pengguna yang terus berkembang. Metode ini melibatkan pembuatan versi aplikasi yang berulang, memungkinkan adanya umpan balik dan penyempurnaan yang berkelanjutan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan merencanakan tenaga kerjanya dengan lebih efektif, mengurangi biaya lembur yang tidak perlu, dan meningkatkan produktivitas pengelola data tenaga kerja. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi Manpower Planning dan Overtime Data Entry mempunyai potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja organisasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.     IMPLEMENTASI MOTION GRAPHIC SEBAGAI MEDIA PROMOSI WEDDING ORGANIZER DI INFINITY BATAM

    Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya peran wedding organizer dalam persiapan pernikahan, serta penggunaan media promosi seperti motion graphic dan Company Profile untuk menarik minat konsumen. Motion graphic digunakan karena efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi yang menarik dan jelas, sedangkan Company Profile digunakan untuk meningkatkan Brand Awareness. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari enam tahap, Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing dan Distribution. pada analisis aspek-aspek motion graphic yang mendukung implementasi video motion graphic.Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang konsep pernikahan melalui media promosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video motion graphic yang berdurasi 1 menit 30 detik dengan format MP4 pada pengujian Alpha Testing, video yang dihasilkan telah diuji kelayakan dan dinyatakan sangat setuju atau sangat layak dengan perolehan rata-rata nilai 84.5%, dan pada pengujian Beta Testing, video Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media ini sangat sesuai untuk digunakan oleh wedding organizer di Infinity Batam, berdasarkan dimensi Model EPIC yang mencakup Empati, Persuasi, Dampak, dan Komunikasi, dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 88,82%.

    PERANCANGAN GAME “FIND THE LOST BOROBUDUR” MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI UNITY 3D UNTUK MENGENAL SEJARAH CANDI BOROBUDUR

    Indonesia memiliki banyak peninggalan bersejarah dan memiliki budaya yang beragam. Salah satu yang diakui sebagai warisan budaya dunia adalah candi Borobudur. Namun saat ini masih ada masyarakat Indonesia yang kurang tertarik untuk belajar atau sekedar mengenal tentang candi Borobudur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan serta melestarikan sejarah candi Borobudur dengan membuat aplikasi game bertema sejarah candi Borobudur menggunakan Unity 3D. Pada proses pembuatan game, peneliti menerapkan metode pengembangan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) versi Luther-Sutopo yang mempunyai 6 tahapan yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Peneliti menerapkan blackbox testing guna melakukan pengujian dan mengidentifikasi fungsionalitas pada game agar sesuai dengan yang diinginkan perancang. Hasil pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing adalah semua sistem berhasil dijalankan dengan baik. Dari perancangan game ini, peneliti berhasil membuat game bergenre adventure menggunakan aplikasi game engine Unity 3D yang dapat memberikan informasi seputar sejarah candi Borobudur kepada pengguna. Dengan game ini diharapkan pengguna dapat mengetahui informasi tentang sejarah candi Borobudur dengan pengalaman bermain game yang menyenangkan.

    In this era of globalization, technological developments are very fast, especially in the field of information and communication systems in every company, organization, and even government, requiring the role of information technology in data management. The development of information technology has developed very rapidly and caused changes in the business environment to be unpredictable. One of the companies that adapt to information technology is PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam. Generally, manufacturing companies have a Supply Chain Management section using a process called Clear To Build. By implementing digitalization PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam developed a web application called SEMB-CTB (Clear To Build). The purpose of this application is to ensure that all products or goods are safe and meet all regulatory requirements before being mass produced. For the data retrieval process, SEMB-CTB applies SAP data integration in Real-Time by running jobs on SQL.

    PENGUKURAN DIMENSI STRAIGHTNESS, LEVELNESS, DAN OVALITY PADA MOORING PILE MENGGUNAKAN TOTAL STATION DI PT. MCDERMOTT KOTA BATAM

    The development of offshore infrastructure, particularly in the context of mooring pile development, plays a crucial role in the oil and gas industry. Mooring piles, used as anchor points and reinforcement elements in offshore structures, require precise dimensional oversight to ensure their structural robustness and operational reliability. This research aims to measure the dimensions of ovality, straightness, and levelness in mooring piles using the Total Station Leica 16 with the orientate to line and resection methods, and to analyze the results using the Bestfit application. The measurement methods are meticulously executed to evaluate the extent to which mooring piles meet the levelness and straightness criteria set in the maritime construction industry. Data processing is conducted using the Bestfit application to calculate the measured dimension values. The tolerance limits set refer to the dimensional control tolerance specified in ISO 19902 Annex G. The research findings demonstrate that the use of Total Station Leica 16 and the Bestfit application is an effective tool in evaluating mooring pile dimensions, providing a more detailed insight into the quality and accuracy of the measured dimensions. The impact of the presence of a strongback is also visually evident in reducing the deviation of ovality dimensions. These findings have the potential to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of mooring pile structures to ensure optimal safety and performance in future maritime construction projects.
