Item Pengaruh Penggunaan QRIS pada Mobile banking terhadap Perilaku Hedonisme Generasi Z : Analisis Theory Of Planned Behavior(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-09-09) Dita R Angelina Dita R Angelina; Hidayat, RahmatDengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi pembayaran digital, terutama Quick Response Code Standard (QRIS) telah mengubah masyarakat, termasuk generasi Z dalam berbelanja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), yang mencakup Attitude Toward Behavior (AT), Subjective Norm (SN), Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC), Behavioral Intention (INT), dan Behavior (BI) untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan QRIS dalam mobile banking terhadap perilaku hedonisme generasi Z di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling berjumlah 100 responden, dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Attitude Toward Behavior (AT), Subjective Norm (SN), Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC), secara signifikan mempengaruhi Behavioral Intention (INT), yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi Behavior (BI) dan memicu perilaku hedonistik.Item ANALYSIS OF CORPORATE IMAGE, TRUST, AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT THE EFG NOTARY AND LAND DEED OFFICIAL OFFICE(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-09-18) Widiningtyas, Fauziah; Andayani, Nur RahmahThis research aims to analyze the influence of corporate image, trust, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Notary Office EFG in Batam City. The study employs a quantitative approach with a census method involving 90 respondents who processed house sale and purchase deeds in 2024 using a questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that corporate image, trust, and service quality each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, all independent variables also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Item THE ANALYSIS OF TRUST AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ON REPURCHASE INTENTION THROUGH WORD OF MOUTH AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE CASE STUDY: KIMIA FARMA BENGKONG KOLAM(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-09-17) Sobirin, Nazla Salsabila; Wirawan, AdhitomoThis research aims to analyze the influence of trust and customer experience on repurchase intention, with word of mouth (WOM) as the intervening variable, among customers of Kimia Farma Bengkong Kolam Pharmacy. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 180 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that trust has a significant positive effect on WOM, but it does not have a direct effect on repurchase intention. In contrast, customer experience is proven to have a significant effect on both WOM and repurchase intention. WOM also plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between trust and customer experience on repurchase intention. These findings affirm that a positive customer experience and strong WOM are crucial factors in encouraging repurchase intention for pharmacy services.Item THE INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, GREEN ACCOUNTING, ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE, COMPANY SIZE ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (A STUDY OF BASIC MATERIALS SUB-SECTOR COMPANIES 2020-2024)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-07-18) Nababan, Ribka Rosari; Destiana, RizkaFinancial performance reflects a company's strategy in effectively and efficiently managing its resources to achieve financial targets. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which corporate social responsibility (CSR), green accounting, environmental performance, and company size influence financial performance. The study population was basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2024 period. The sample used was 65 observational data obtained through a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used panel data regression with EViews, with stages of testing the selection of regression model estimation, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that CSR, environmental performance, and company size did not significantly influence financial performance. An extensive comprehension of the elements that influence customers' decision-making processes is anticipated from the results of this study. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), as part of a descriptive quantitative methodology. The study population consisted of buyers of thrifting products in Batam City, employing a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria and a sample size of one hundred respondents calculated using the Lemeshow formula. To make sure the questionnaire was consistent, we utilized composite reliability. To make sure the data was valid, we used convergent and discriminant validity. The model was evaluated through R-Square, F-Square, and t-statistics analysis to identify significant relationships between variables. The results state that Product Quality, Consumer Perspective, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions for thrifting products. Among these variables, Consumer Perspective was found to have the most edominant einfluence eon epurchasing edecisions. These findings suggest that consumers’ positive perceptions and beliefs toward thrifting, followed by product quality and brand image, are factors driving purchase interest in thrifting products in Batam City. The study adds to our knowledge of what drives people to buy used products by identifying the main aspects, particularly in the thrifting market of Batam City.Item IMPLEMENTASI PEMBAYARAN RETRIBUSI PARKIR MENGGUNAKAN QUICK RESPONSE INDONESIAN STANDARD (QRIS): STUDI KASUS PERSPEKTIF PETUGAS PARKIR DI KOTA BATAM(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-08-08) Jais, Atika Fitriani; Septiana, MaryaniPenerapan Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada pembayaran retribusi parkir di Kota Batam bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pendapatan daerah serta mendukung program digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi QRIS pada pembayaran retribusi parkir dari perspektif petugas parkir sebagai pelaksana di lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembayaran retribusi parkir menggunakan QRIS memberikan manfaat nyata, di antaranya mempermudah pengguna yang tidak membawa uang tunai, meningkatkan keamanan, mempercepat transaksi, serta mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Namun, implementasi QRIS menghadapi berbagai kendala teknis, seperti keterbatasan perangkat pendukung, keterbatasan akses aplikasi, ketidakstabilan jaringan internet, pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang belum merata, serta rendahnya pemahaman petugas parkir terhadap alur kerja sistem digital.Item PENGARUH VIRAL MARKETING DAN CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENT TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN MELALUI KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN PADA PRODUK GLAD2GLOW DI TIKTOK SHOP(0005-08-25) Maharani, Putri Berliana Indah; Andayani, Nur RahmahPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh viral marketing dan celebrity endorsement terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan kepercayaan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening, di online shop. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden di Kota Batam yang pernah membeli produk online shop. Instrumen penelitiannya menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan viral marketing dan celebrity endorsement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Celebrity Endorsement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kemudian, viral marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan viral marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian melalui kepercayaan konsumen. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cimahi(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-08-27) Hayya Tsabita Kalamina Hayya Tsabita Kalamina; Mulyaningtyas, DianPT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cimahi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang energi kelistrikan yang dalam operasionalnya menggunakan berbagai jenis dan komponen material kelistrikan. Oleh karena itu, pengendalian persediaan penting untuk dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan material. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan mengetahui nilai penggunaan material dan penyerapan investasi, jumlah pemesanan optimum sehingga diperoleh hasil pengendaliaan persediaan yang ekonomis, dan waktu untuk melaksanakan pemesanan kembali guna menjamin ketersediaan material tepat waktu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis klasifikasi ABC adalah kelompok A (17 jenis) dengan jumlah penggunaan material 73% dan penyerapan investasi 80%. Kelompok B (33 jenis) dengan jumlah penggunaan material 19% dan penyerapan investasi sebesar 15%. Kelompok C (149 jenis) dengan jumlah penggunaan material 8% dan penyerapan investasi 5%. Berdasarkan perhitungan EOQ perusahaan dapat menghemat hingga 43% biaya yang digunakan untuk persediaan. Adapun ROP material bervariasi yaitu pada rentang 4 hingga 111.562 buah.Item Analysis of Oil Losses at the Point of Losses of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Load on Self-Propelled Oil Barge (SPOB) Ship Owned by PT. XYZ Case Study: SPOB Ship(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-07-17) Edriani, Falin; Al Amany, Sarah Ulfah; Al Amany, Sarah UlfahThis study examines the amount of loss in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) cargo during the distribution process. Losses frequently occur, indicating inefficiencies that lead to financial disadvantages due to shrinkage exceeding the tolerance threshold. The aim of this research is to analyze the specific points of loss that result in shrinkage, so that the distribution process can run more efficiently and optimally. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from 15voyages. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the Wilcoxon test to compare two different samples the Bill of Lading (B/L) and the Actual Receipt (A/R). The result show significant losses at the discharge loss point (0.61%) and supply loss point (0.93%). The findings conclude that both figures exceed the company’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) threshold of 0.30%, indicating a need for improved supervision and control of the CPO cargo distribution process.
