Abstract
Bleed Trip Off is a condition where the pneumatic system on the engine experiences an increase in temperature or pressure, where the effect of this bleed trip is to close the valve that supplies the pneumatics in the engine system. If the bleed trip light indicator lights up, it is certain that the engine system will not function normally, resulting in the air conditioning system working single pack (pneumatic supplied from one engine only). Therefore, observations are carried out to find out what actions to take if a bleed trip occurs. and what parts have an influence on this happening. The methods used are literature study, observation and consultation with experts in the field. Then troubleshooting efforts were made when this problem occurred, it was found that the Precooler Control Valve (PCCV) failed to supply air into the pneumatic system duct to cool the air because the precooler control valve sensor was damaged or in bad condition. After that, the 390F Sensor is replaced and tested again to ensure the precooler control valve is functioning normally.
