Description
The issue with using the Cash Management System (CMS) service is that the introduction to the CMS service is currently limited to presentations via PowerPoint. This results in a lack of additional resources for new users in utilizing the Cash Management System website.
Based on these issues, the author created a guidebook. This guidebook is designed to support customer service. This user guide is designed to be comprehensive and easily accessible by external parties, especially BRK Syariah customers. Its purpose to facilitate users and enhance the service experience for users of the CMS.
