Abstract
This is descriptive qualitative research, which aims to find out about the implementation of internal control system in the semiconductor company in Batam City. In this study using 10 sources that have been determined in accordance with the appropriate criteria in the study, for the selection of sources using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of internal control in the procedure for receiving and issuing goods at the Semiconductor Company in Batam City is running quite well, but there are still some weaknesses such as in the control environment component where the outer cardboard of the goods is still found to be damaged, and also found in the information and communication component where it is still often missed information sent.
