Abstract
Batam City as a center of industry and trade has great potential in the culinary MSME sector which plays an important role in the local economy. However, culinary MSMEs in Batam face challenges in terms of effective digital marketing, especially amid the dominance of online food ordering platforms by large restaurants. This research aims to design a Flutter-based mobile application that can be a digital solution for Batam culinary MSMEs to facilitate marketing and expand their market reach. The research method used is qualitative with literature studies, interviews, and field surveys for data collection. The results of the application design include registration features, product catalog, product details, shopping cart, to the checkout process with a choice of payment and shipping methods. With this application, it is expected that Batam culinary MSMEs can increase sales and support the development of an inclusive digital economy in Batam City.
