Abstract
This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of the recruitment, selection and training process on the level of staff productivity at PT.Wasco Engineering Indonesia. Data was taken from the results of a questionnaire of 100 respondents who were employees of PT. Wasco Engineering Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. With a p-value of 0.000<0.05 and an r-square of 89.1%, the research results show that the recruitment, selection and training process factors have quite a large and significant influence on work productivity of PT. Wasco Engineering Indonesia.
