PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DITINJAU DARI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN STRES KERJA DI DEPARTEMEN QC PT NOV PROFAB

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, work environment, work stress on work productivity in the QC department of PT NOV Profab. This research uses a non-probability sampling approach method with saturated sampling technique. The questionnaire was used as the data collection medium, which was distributed online to all employees in the QC department of PT NOV Profab as many as 78 employees. The analysis technique was carried out using quantitative methods processed using IBM SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and work stress have a negative effect on work productivity, while work environment has a positive effect on work productivity.
