Abstract
In the development of a company, human resources play a crucial role, and their performance quality can be assessed through employee evaluations. At PT. XYZ, the employee evaluation system is currently conducted manually, which is deemed ineficient and time-consuming. Given these challenges, a new evaluation system is needed to streamline and simplify the data collection and decision-making process regarding the continuation of each employee's contract. This web-based employee evaluation application can enhance the eficiency of the appraisal process and data accuracy, as well as help identify areas for employee development and support more targeted training programs. The software development method used is the waterfall method, as this method is suitable for building systems where all requirements have been clearly identified beforehand. This system also undergoes testing using the black box method, which focuses on software functionality. The technique used in this method is equivalence partitioning, where testing is conducted based on data inputs in each form to validate every function in the system.
