dc.descriptionenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah media informasi berupa video K3L (Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan) yang digunakan oleh Badan Pengusahaan Batam, khususnya pada unit Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Tembesi 230 LPS. Video ini difungsikan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pekerja dan pihak terkait mengenai potensi bahaya, prosedur keselamatan, penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), serta langkah-langkah penanganan keadaan darurat di area kerja. Pengembangan video dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Melalui model ini, proses perancangan dilakukan secara sistematis mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan konsep, produksi media, implementasi kepada pengguna, hingga evaluasi efektivitas media melalui uji ahli serta penilaian pengguna. Penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan instrumen kuesioner pretest dan posttest guna mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan pengguna setelah menonton video yang dikembangkan. Hasil evaluasi diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa video K3L yang dihasilkan mampu menjadi media informasi yang efektif, komunikatif, serta mendukung upaya peningkatan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di lingkungan BP Batam, khususnya pada fasilitas WTP Tembesi 230 LPS.
dc.description.abstractThis research discusses the development of a K3L (Safety, Health, and Environment) informational video for the Batam Indonesia Free Trade Zone Authority (BP Batam), using the ADDIE development model. The video was created to enhance awareness and compliance with K3L protocols at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Tembesi 230 LPS. The ADDIE method—consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—was applied systematically to produce an informative video tailored to workers' needs. The results showed a significant increase in understanding of K3L procedures, with a posttest improvement of 86.6%. The video also received positive feedback in terms of visual quality, audio clarity, and educational content. This study concludes that video-based media using the ADDIE model can effectively increase safety awareness in industrial environments.
