Analysis of the outsurced workforce recruitment process and proposed recruitment SOP based on Accounting Information Systems

Abstract

This Industrial Internship was conducted at PT Elang Relokasi Indo in the Human Resource Development (HRD) Division. This study aims to analyze the recruitment process, identify weaknesses in internal control, and design a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the recruitment process based on an Accounting Information System. The results show that the recruitment process has been implemented according to company needs, but improvements are still needed in documentation, authorization, filing, monitoring, and evaluation. Therefore, the proposed SOP is expected to make the recruitment process more systematic, documented, controlled, and able to support service quality and client satisfaction.
