Item Implementasi Bandwidth Management pada Wifi Cafe(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-12-27) Akbar, Ali; Kushardianto, Nur Cahyono; Roziqin, ArifItem Analisis Filtering Noise Menggunakan Metode Statistik Mean, Median pada Objek Citra Malam Hari(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-02) Rahmad, Rahmad; Kirana, Mira ChandraImage filtering is one part of image quality improvement, by smoothing and eliminating noise on the image, both linearly and non-linearly. The mean filter is one linear filtering that works by replacing the pixel value intensity with the average of the pixel value with its neighboring pixel values. While the median filter is one of the non-linear filtering that sort the intensity value of a pixel group, then replace the pixel value that is processed with its median value. This study studied noise reduction techniques using the mean and median filter method, to reduce the noise subsequently conducted in a trial of multiple color images with 30 previously selected image seals, Test image is given the noise of Salt & Pepper shaped like black spots and White on the image to reduce the noise is required method of noise filtering using median and mean filter. Then analyzed the performance qualitatively by comparing the image output filter, image bernoise and original image by naked eye. Quantitatively measured through PSNR, SNR and MSE values. Testing more in depth on the performance of this filter by finding the value of the difference between each value of PSNR, SNR and MSE and get good results. The difference is in the value of PSNR, SNR and MSE and the difference that has been obtained through filtering noise. It is concluded that good noise filtering using median filter method mean method is not good to be used in testing noise filtering on image.Item Animasi 2D Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Tentang Pengaruh Berbahaya Narkoba dalam Tubuh(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-22) Alimi, Patricia; riwinoto, riwinoto2D animation is a collection of images that are sorted based on the frame so that it appears moving like video. The processes in making this 2D animation is the process of making a story that includes a search of ideas and preparation of synopsis, followed by sketching characters and storyboard. After the sketch is created, the next step is to create animations with Adobe Flash software. After the rendering process, continue t the editing and compositing based scence using Adobe Premiere Pro software. After finished the annimation, stored it in the form of movie files. The general concept contained in this 2D animation creation is the concept of work that aims to study the effectiveness of using 2D animation as a medium of education in conveying a message of support counternarcotics using the illustration process of entry of drugs into the body and damage the human immune organs as well. 2D animation is presented with a colorful layout and narrative. This 2D animation using sound and visual effects to attract the attention of the audience. Next, animation will be distributed to school as a supporter of the learning process and tested pre-test and post-test with the result of the average pre-test 42.67 and post-test of 84. Based on T test results, obtained tcount 11.68> ttabel 1.7 which can be concluded there is a significant change between students understanding about the dangers of drugs after watching 2D animation.Item Analisis Akurasi Pergerakan Wajah dengan Penerapan Region of Interest(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-02) Adriyanto, Handry Elsharry; Dzikri, AfdholThe accuracy of facial movement in the facetracking application has the result of rotation 3D objects that different according to the distance between the face with the camera, which in this paper will be tested starting from face detection with the parameters of light intensity level, the distance of the camera with face and part on the face like eye, nose and mouth. Then test the face movement every 10cm will be do face movement starting from 30cm to 110cm. Face movement testing is done with the frontal face of the camera detected then the face will be moved to the left, right, up and down the results of the face movement will also be seen on the rotation value of 3D objects in the facetracking application where the value of the rotation of each distance of movement Different. In addition, every movement of the face to the left, right, up and down will also be measured how much distance can be obtained so that the face cannot be detected by the camera. Kinema Systrans Multimedia through some QOS parameters are obtained. The tests will be performed 5 times, during the rendering process begins until the rendering process finish or success by the number of frames is one in every test. The rendering process in renderfarm influenced by many aspects, one of them is network. QOS parameters tested are: throughput, delay and packet loss. The research method is quantitative research methods. The test will using Wireshark application, version 2.1. Based on the tests performed, the results can be known how much the throughput parameter. For delay and packet loss parameters on the renderfarm and server storage network are in very good category.Item Pembuatan Film Pendek Animasi 3D Tentang Edukasi Bahaya Narkoba(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-22) Handayani, Utami; riwinoto, riwinotoAnimation 3D is an animation object which located in three dimension where the object can be rotate and move like a real object. With 3D animation, a character may look real like an human.. There are process of making this 3D animation such as developing a story which consists of script, storyboard and the layout of the story and implementing the method of Luther Sutopo. Consep of the 3D animation is to educate the danger of drugs and to support no drugs campange by applying the illustration of how drug damage the body system and analyze the effectiveness of implementing 3D animation as media education. The 3D animation is design in colorfull and implementing backsound, narrative and visual to persuade the audience. Testing and analysis need to be proceed inorder to measure if the animation had successful to educate the danger of the drug effect by implementing testing hypothesis t (correlated group). Testing hypothesis t is to make a conclution either the hypothesis is accepted or rejected. Total number of respondent is use for the testing and analysing is 30 responden, and is been declared that the value of testing hypothesis t is 2.98 > 1.70 which means, the hypothesis alternative had rejected due the significant changing of the responden score after received the treatment and educating dangers of drugs is successfully delivered.Item Multimedia Interaktif Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Pengenalan Uang Menggunakan Model Tutorial(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-01-24) Almurizal, Nurhidayat; Sitorus, Maya Armys Roma; Alfian, AlfianBased on the curriculum of 2006, there is money introduction subjects on social studies lesson for 3rd grade primary school. Money introduction subjects in schools are still using conventional learning such as books, blackboards, and lectures. In this research the delivery of learning medium was delivered using interactive multimedia with tutorial model. Interactive multimedia as money introduction learning medium using tutorial model is a learning application created using Adobe Flash software. This interactive multimedia application created using Luther Sutopo multimedia development methodology. This Interactive multimedia applications is used as a learning medium for 3rd grade primary school students which is equipped with introduction of money material in the form of texts, images, and animations that accompanied by a character. The testing of this interactive multimedia research consists of application feasibility testing and significance testing. Paired Sample T-Test is used for significance testing to see the results of comparison between the pre-test and post-test. Based on the results of application feasibility testing to 3rd grade primary school students, which is based on several aspects obtained that interactive multimedia as a learning medium introduction of money using tutorial models have an attractive appearance. While the results of significance testing on an experimental class that the use of interactive multimedia as money introduction learning medium can improve learning outcomes for money introduction subjects for 3rd grade primary school students.Item Multimedia Interaktif Pengenalan Rangkain Listrik dan Sifat Magnet Menggunakan Model Tutorial(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2018-02-23) Furnandi, Barru; Sitorus, Maya Armys Roma; Alfian, AlfianThe development of learning media applications is currently growing. Interactive multimedia application introduction of electrical circuit and magnetic properties using tutorial model is made by using luther sutopo method. This application is made in order to be utilized as a medium of introduction of electrical circuits of magnetic properties. This instructional media application using Adobe Flash CS6 software, Action Script 3.0 in the form of 2D (two dimensional) on its appearance. In addition, interactive multimedia introduction of electrical circuits and magnetic properties using this tutorial model can serve as an alternative media for teachers to teach the topic of electrical circuits and magnetic properties in the form of interactive multimedia. Based on the results of pre-test, the minimum value of students is 20 and maximum 70. While on the post-test test results, the minimum value of students is 50 and a maximum of 90. This proves that interactive multimedia applications introduction of electrical circuits and magnetic properties using this tutorial model Can be understood.Item Implementasi Cell Technique dalam Animasi 2D Mekanisme Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017) Fitridayanti, Fitridayanti; Widyastuti, Hilda; Rahmi, AnisNowadays, vehicle is a thing that can’t be separated from the daily activities of society especially in the city of Batam. Every vehicle owner, especially the owner of public transport must participate in KIR (vehicle) test, because the poor condition of vehicle may cause accidents, and air pollution. But there are many vehicle owners that still don’t understand about this vehicle test. The animation of Vehicle Testing Mechanism is a combination of 2D & 3D animation. cell techniqe is implemented in 2D Animation making, with Adobe Flash CS6. This animation is made to inform the people specificaly to owner of public vehicle about the vehicle testing mechanism with an interesting way posible. The survey has been held to 35 respondents, consists of 10 matter experts and 25 random audiences.
