Item Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Keamanan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Secara Online(2024-07-05) Anissa, Shifa Nurul; Irianto, DanarPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kepercayaa, keamanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online. Populasi penelitian ini ialah masyarakat Kota Batam yang sudah berpenghasilan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 384 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 26. Hasil analisis regresi adalah Y = 9,737 + 0,287 X1 + 0,077 X2 + 0,020 X3 + e. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Sementara itu, keamanan dan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya, semua variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian dengan koefisien deterninasi sebesar 6,9%.Item The Influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Quality of Information Systems, and Individualism-Collectivism on the Behavioral Intention of Users of Digital Tax Education Services(JOURNAL OF APPLIED ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION (JAAT), 2024) SEPTIA ARYAPUTRI, NABILLA; Arniati,; ANGGRAINI, RIA; KURNIAWAN, DEDI; ANJELINA; HASANAH, AFRIYANTI; LANNIARI, RIZKI; ArniatiThis research examines the application of tax digital education services on Tax Center at Batam State Polytechnic (Polibatam). To find out the factors that influence the implementation of these services. We use theoretical models such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM), and Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions. This research examines perceived ease of use (PEoU), perceived usefulness (PU), information system quality (ISQ), user satisfaction (US), and cultural values of individualism and collectivism (IC) in the context of implementing new technology. Based on the responses of 103 respondents, data analysis using PLS-SEM revealed that factors such as perceived usefulness, quality of the information system, and user satisfaction when using this service were found to have a significant influence on behavioral intentions. This study provides insight into system development that aims to increase the effectiveness of online services, increase user satisfaction, and encourage sustainable technology adoption in the context of digital-based tax education services in Indonesia.Item EVALUASI APLIKASI PENCATATAN DAN PEMBUKUAN PADA UMKM MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE(Journal of Applied Business Administration, 2024-03-28) Dewi, Citra; Anggraini, Ria; Darmawan, ArifUsability is an important factor in an application. Currently, Business Management Department of Batam State Polytechnic has developed Bizpos application as a solution to meet the technological needs of recording and bookkeeping of MSMEs through Project Based Learning (PBL) program. This research aims to evaluate the usability level of the Bizpos application using the System Usability Scale technique to assess the feasibility of using the application. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data was collected through a survey to active users of the Bizpos application who came from MSMEs. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis. The evaluation results show that most respondents are able to utilize the application well, as seen from the average value of each statement which is more than 3. In addition, the Bizpos application is also considered acceptable with the "acceptable" category based on the grade scale "B" and reaches an "excellent" rating with a final value of 82.3.Item EVALUASI APLIKASI PENCATATAN DAN PEMBUKUAN PADA UMKM MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE(Journal of Applied Business Administration, 2024-03-28) Awaliya, Qori Afifah Nur; Anggraini, RiaThis study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate the usability of the Bizpos application, developed by the Business Management Department of Batam State Polytechnic to address the technological needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Conducted as part of the Project Based Learning (PBL) program from November 2022 to June 2023, the research targeted active Bizpos users from micro and small businesses in Batam City. Data collection involved a survey technique utilizing the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument, supplemented with suggestion items, with 10 selected respondents. Analysis was carried out descriptively, aided by descriptive and narrative techniques. Findings indicate proficient application utilization among respondents, with average scores exceeding 3 for each statement. The Bizpos application attained an "acceptable" rating on the "B" grade scale, with a final rating of 82.25, denoting "excellent" usability. These results underscore the Bizpos application's effectiveness in addressing MSMEs' technological requirements and highlight avenues for refinement and broader deployment.Item Persepsi Kepuasan Mahasiswa Dalam Pembelajaran Mempersiapkan Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi ERP(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024) Amanatullah, Affira Afri; Slamet, Muhammad RamadhanTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh student, motivation, perceived instructor support, dan system quality terhadap student satisfaction dalam pembelajaran mempersiapkan uji kompetensi di Politeknik Negeri Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Manajerial Politeknik Negeri Batam angkatan 2020 yang telah mendapatkan mata kuliah SAP Fundamental dan ditangani oleh asisten dosen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat uji statistik SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian pada seluruh variabel independen yaitu student motivation dan system quality menunjukkan bahwa hasil tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap student satisfaction sebagai variabel dependen, namun untuk variabel perceived instructor support yang menunjukkan bahwa hasilnya tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan dari penelitian ini, saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah menambahkan variabel yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini dan memperluas sampel penelitian.
