Item Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Kota Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2018-06-04) Fazryana, Erma; Yulinda, YulindaThis study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational culture on the performance of Batam City government employees. The type of data used in this study is ordinal scale. Scaling method used in the instrument of Likert scale with 5 rating categories. Moreover, this data using sampling technique used is the quote sampling method and the data processing technique in this study using SPSS 22 software program. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis to prove and test the hypothesis in the study. The conclusion of this study shows result which that the three variables such as leadership style, motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of Batam City government employees. The conclusions of this study contribute to the leadership to further enhance the leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation in an agency to the performance of employees.Item Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu Iso 9001 Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dan Budaya Organisasi(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-25) Ismaini, Rizki; Gunawan, HendraThis study aims to determine the effect of the application of ISO 9001 quality management system to employee performance and organizational culture with the object of a manufacturing company located in Batam with total companies are 157 companies. This research using questionnaires as the primary data which distributed to mid-levelemployees of 400 respondents selected randomly. The result of study showed that there’s no significant effect of the quality management system ISO 9001 on organizational culture and employee performance are not significantly affected by the quality management system ISO 9001. However, this study find difficulyt to get support from the company, so that further research is suggested to convince companies to be able to work together.Item Pengaruh Pemberian Reward dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Jasa Pelayanan Telekomunikasi di Batam(2015-07-01) Handayani, Ratih; Irsutami, IrsutamiThis research intends to evaluate the effects of reward and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted specifically on the telecommunications services company in Batam in 2015. The data was collected using a questionnaire to the respondent. The study tested the validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, and test multiple regression analysis. Results from this study is the reward positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation and significant positive effect on the employee performance, reward and motivation positive and significant impact on the employee performance. Limitations of the research is a company that is used is limited to the services sector. As for the implications and suggestions for future research is the number of samples multiplied so get more accurate data, add another variable or using references other variables that effect the performance of the employee.Item Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-26) Lanna Sari, Desi; Irawan Setianto, AdiThis research is about the leadership style and motivation that influence the performance of employees. The leadership style was assessed by two characteristics , namely : Follower Belief Questionnaire and Attributes of Leader Behavior Questionnaire and the motivation and performance of employees assessed as a whole depends on the theory used. After testing the hypothesis by using SPSS 17, following the results of the hypothesis: There is a positive and significant impact on employee performance leadership style and there is no a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance. Each variable was tested in one by one, using a simple linear analysis. With the leadership style of the company is very influential on the performance of an employe , but motivation does not affect the performance of the employee.Item Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-20) Rani, Indria; Mayasari, MegaEmployees are very important factors in an organization to achieve organizational goals. The satisfactory performance of the employee is not created in an instant but it takes a continuous evaluation. This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and employee performance and motivation influence on the relationship between performance appraisal and employee performance. This study uses simple regression analysis and test interaction or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The population in this study includes permanent employees of Batam manufacturing company in Electronics Industry. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method, based on a population that has been described above, then the selected samples in this study was 146 employees. The data was collected using questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the assessment of performance brings a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The other results which can be concluded are the motivation variable is not moderating variable in the relationship between performance appraisal and employee performance.Item Pengaruh Karakteristik Non-Finansial Balance Scorecard Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Manajer(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-25) Tryani, Yulia; Mayasari, MegaThis study aims to examine the effect between non-financial characteristics of Balance Scorecard on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the manufacturing company in Batam, respondents in this study is that financial managers are permanent employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Results from this study showed that customer perspective and internal business process perspective has a positive and significant relationship to job satisfaction managers, whereas the perspective of learning & growth and communication strategy does not have a positive and significant relationship to job satisfaction managers. Results of this study illustrate that the manager has not been fully focused on non-financial characteristics to make decisions that can improve job satisfaction have not been fully manager.
