    Sistem Management Replacement Data Asset Berbasis Website di PT.IFX Batam

    Utilization of information and communication technology is the right step for companies in managing their assets to ensure optimal use of assets. Asset management, especially asset replacement in the IT work department as IT Support Client Service, is this system's goal. The problem in managing asset replacement is that assets that have expired or assets whose components have been damaged are still done manually by users who come to the IT room. This causes some users to be unable to make replacements because replacement assets are not submitted, and replacement stock is not available. Scrap asset data collection (assets that are categorized as not meeting company standards because they are damaged or expired) uses Excel with uneven access restrictions so that scrap asset data collection is slow for determining scrap plan assets. Then there is no data collection of assets received by new employees because they only record the names of new employees. Based on these 3 problems, this Asset Data Replacement Management System was built using the waterfall method, C# programming language, ASP.NET MVC 8 framework with Windows Authentication to facilitate users, namely Admin, IT managers, IT interns, and Employees in managing the asset replacement process and the latest asset data collection equipped with automatic email notifications and data exports. This application uses black box testing which tests its functionality to show the application can run properly according to the functional running.
