Item Perbaikan Motor Pompa Air Satu Phasa(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-10-18) Manurung, Alpin; Juwito, Arif F.Over time, many created a tool that can facilitate us in performing daily activities, one of which is the engine water pump. With the engine water pump we no longer trouble to move water from one place to another. If the engine water pump used in a long period of time and sustained, would cause an increase in temperature in the motor water pump, this will cause damage to the pump motor water as the temperature of the motor is too hot, round motor that weakened and dead total. To fix this damage needs to take action to check the motor water pump such as checking the round motor supply voltage, with checking the value of resistance of the main coil on prisoners and detainees, check out their auxiliary coil values custody insulation between the primary and the auxiliary coil coil, and check between the body and the primary coil is fused or not. After doing some checking on the motor pump water then the next step is to do the repairs one way rewinding (TCR) copper wires on motor water pump. Which is directly examined by the author.Item Pengendalian Robot Mobil Menggunakan Leap Motion(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-12-01) Rhomadony, Ilham; DanielThe development of robotic control technology from human- controlled robot movement from close range, can be controlled from long distance using joystick or remote control which is less effective so that conducted a research of controlling robot easier, by using hand gesture so controlling robot become more natural, the purpose of this research is to produce a system of controlling the Mobile Robot using Leap Motion. The research method is used to use one of the sensors in Leap Motion which is processed using C# programming language that produces a character which is sent to the Mobile Robot using wireless, so the Mobile Robot will move based on the character that received by the Mobile Robot. The results to be gained from this research are the control of Mobile Robot in accordance with the human hand movement. In this way requires a long time and the area is quite extensive as well as quality fish can be exposed to dust or declined because the animals stick to and takes a lot of labor. Then over the growing age of the harsher tools dryer anchovy. One goal of this tool is more efficient and doesn't take long. This tool uses the heater, with the source of heat energy that comes from the electric heating element. With added timer and temperature and humidity sensors that function to find out how long does in need temperature and humidity to dry in a dryer anchovy anchovy. Then someone created a system to monitor battery condition by using Arduino and XBee. This research is a developed of Multipoint system that exist in XBee, by using two XBee as a transmitter and one XBee as a receiver. In order that the XBee able to receive information from the Arduino, need to install ADC (Analog to Digital) Converter to Arduino. In line with the developments in the various sectors of both industrial and non-industrial into one of the effects of waste production that day keharinya more in line with the demand for energy is increasing, while energy resources become more limited, mainly from burning fossil fuels that have been the mainstay , Therefore, we need another energy source that is capable of being an alternative to overcome the energy crisis which is increasingly becoming. One of the alternative energy source that is being developed is biogas. The goal is to get the source of renewable electrical energy using biogas from waste deposition results - fruit waste to turn the biogas generator. To get an electric voltage and electric current good of biogas generator from the output in the biogas digester. Reduce some of the problems - problems caused by trash - garbage by turning it into useful electrical energy source. The method used is by depositing the fruit waste through anaerobic process. Fruit waste that has been deposited through an anaerobic process can produce methane gas is used as fuel to turn turbines biogas generator that produces electricity.Item Alat Pemisah Botol Plastik dan Kaleng Secara Otomatis(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-02-24) Bahri, Rizki Kurnia; Sumantri; Fatekha, Rifqi AmalyaRecycling is a non organic waste management strategy that includes the collection of trash, sorting, cleaning, and processing waste into items that are new to the production process About sorting trash in particular waste plastic bottles and cans in general still involves human hands in normal use. In this research, the author created a tool that can sort the waste plastic bottles and cans automatically to ease the work of man before the process is recycled. The components used to support the success of this tool is a proximity sensor to detect the difference between plastic bottles and cans, then servo motor as a drag each bottle is discarded and as a separator between plastic bottles and cans corresponding the container. Based on test results that the proximity sensor can detect 10 sample bottles by type consisting of 8 types of plastic bottles and 2 types of cans with a maximum detection distance of 2 cm, and the average time resulting in experiment tool is 10.37 seconds.Item Otomasi Mesin Bending Forming dan Cutting Resistor 3S-JPL(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-02-24) Prasetyo, Mukhammad Adi; Gozali, M. Syafei; RidwanAt the resistor departmen line production have 3 proces that is bending forming and cutting terminal resistor with 3 operator production. Then made some machine semi automatic with controller PLC and programmed using lader diagram and refference to the timing chart and using pneumatic cyllinder as actuator to move up and down bending unit, forming unit and cutting unit for 3 process in 1 machine with together moving. The function of the machine to increase the quality product, output product, and manpower efficiency on production process. The machine suppose to be complete the spesification requierment and the safety standart of company. Base on trial and analysis the speed of machine is 1.5 second per pcs for 3 process that is bending, forming and cutting. Base on trial, analysis and taking data of the machine has been compliance the spesification determine, manpower efficiency and output has been increase to 100%.
