Item PERANCANGAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN DOKUMEN DI PT SUMITOMO WIRING SYSTEM BERBASIS WEB(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-07-21) Ade Nur Rachman Ade Nur Rachman; Nasrullah, Muchammad Fajri AmirulPT. Sumitomo Wiring System Batam Indonesia faced challenges in internal document management due to an outdated and unstructured system. This study aims to develop two additional features, Structure and System, within the SBI PORTAL web-based document management system to clarify organizational hierarchy and simplify internal configuration settings. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes five phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, utilizing ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server with a three-tier architecture. Requirement analysis resulted in six functional and six non-functional requirements. Testing using the Black Box method confirmed that all scenarios met the specified requirements, including file validation and role-based access control. Initial monitoring by the internal team was conducted to ensure feature stability post-implementation. The inclusion of these features makes the system more structured and flexible in supporting document management and interdepartmental coordination, while also opening opportunities for future integration with external systems.Item SISTEM MANAJEMEN PENGAWASAN DAN PELAPORAN TENAGA KERJA ASING BERBASIS WEB STUDI KASUS KANTOR IMIGRASI KELAS I KHUSUS TPI BATAM(2025-06-24) Chandra Tampubolon Chandra Tampubolon; Purnamasari, Dwi AmaliaPerkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong digitalisasi sistem administrasi publik, termasuk dalam pengawasan dan pelaporan Tenaga Kerja Asing (TKA). Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Batam menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan TKA akibat sistem pelaporan manual yang mengakibatkan proses menjadi lambat, rawan kesalahan input, serta menyulitkan sinkronisasi antarinstansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dari awal sebuah sistem manajemen berbasis web guna mendukung kelancaran proses pengawasan dan pelaporan TKA. Pembuatan sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Agile menggunakan kerangka kerja Kanban, serta memanfaatkan teknologi PHP, framework CodeIgniter, dan basis data MySQL. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa aplikasi web yang diuji menggunakan metode blackbox dan user acceptance testing (UAT) bersama pengguna di Kantor Imigrasi. Hasil UAT menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki kemudahan akses, stabilitas fungsionalitas, navigasi yang mudah dipahami, serta alur pengisian data yang lancar. Sebanyak 85% pengguna menyatakan antarmuka mudah dipahami dan 80% merasa sistem mempercepat pekerjaan dibanding metode manual. Sistem ini mampu mempercepat proses verifikasi, meminimalkan kesalahan administratif, serta memperkuat koordinasi antarlembaga. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam tata kelola TKA melalui transformasi digital yang terukur dan berorientasi pada pengguna.Item RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENGAJUAN PROGRAM PELATIHAN DOSEN BERBASIS WEBSITE DI POLITEKNIK NEGERI BATAM(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-08-07) Fitri Rahmadilla Fitri Rahmadilla; Supardianto, SupardiantoThis development research focuses on designing a web-based application to manage training program submissions for lecturers at Politeknik Negeri Batam. The current system still relies on printed forms and emails, which hampers the submission process and difficulties in reading documents based on interviews with users. This research focuses on designing a web application to automate the current application process., validate file completeness, and facilitate tracking and archiving of training history. The main features to be provided include the submission of courageous training, real-time tracking of submission status, uploading of post-training documents, issuance of assignment letters, and management of training data archives. With this system, the lecturer training application process is expected to become more streamlined and transparent, thereby having a positive impact on the quality of education at Politeknik Negeri Batam.Item SBUM APPS: Pengelolaan dan Pengajuan Barang (Stock Opname) BMN Berbasis Web di Politeknik Negeri Batam(2025-07-22) Rahmadita, Adithya Dwi; Uperiati, AlenaSistem pengelolaan barang atau pengelolaan stock opname merupakan sistem yang digunakan sebagai media untuk menghitung dan mencocokkan data antara data di sistem dan barang fisiknya. Di Politeknik Negeri Batam, pengelolaan barang yang dilakukan oleh unit barang milik negara (BMN) masih menggunakan cara manual, seperti pencatatan stok, stock opname dan pengajuan barang melalui borang kertas. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, di antaranya ketidaksesuaian data stok, keterlambatan proses pengajuan, serta kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis website. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan sistematis, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi kode program dengan bahasa PHP dan MySQL, pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing, hingga pemeliharaan sistem untuk menjamin kinerja berkelanjutan. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi fitur pengelolaan stok, pengajuan barang, stock opname serta pembuatan laporan barang yang dicetak pdf. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian, sistem terbukti mempermudah proses pengelolaan dan pengajuan barang serta laporan stok. Pengusahaan Daerah Industri Pulau Batam or commonly known as PT Persero Batam was established in 1973, of course since its establishment until now the assets will continue to increase in number. This will be an obstacle along with the addition and changes to the company’s assets, because it still uses a manual system starting from the process of requesting goods, reporting damaged goods to recording assets, namely by writing in a book then inputting into Microsoft Excel software, so it is less efficient in terms of time and energy, each unit has difficulty in monitoring the status of goods in real time, and there is also no label for each incoming item, this causes difficulties when monitoring company assets. The development of an asset management system is a solution to these problems. This system is developed using the SDLC framework with a prototyping model and system testing using black box testing, to find out whether the system is running well, with this system it is expected to be able to help those in charge of managing and supervising company assets.Item Aplikasi Manajemen Proses Pembongkaran Produk Reject, Studi Kasus Perusahaan Bidang Manufaktur di Kota Batam(2025-06-23) Gufron Aridho Triasa Putra Irawan Gufron Aridho Triasa Putra Irawan; Nasrullah, Muchammad Fajri AmirulThe company used as a case study in this research operates in the field of digital automation and energy management and has opened a branch in Batam. To address waste management, the company adopted a system from its global branch, however, it cannot manage rejected finished goods with reusable components, which are redirected to the dismantling area after inspection. This research aims to develop a web application that enables the monitoring and management of rejected products with reusable components, with the objective providing clear information about the product and the production line rejection come from, tracking the duration of every process, identifying the production lines contributing the highest number of rejects, and classifying dismantled components into reused and scrap categories. This research uses waterfall methodology that includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Result of this research is a web application that facilitates the dismantling process to reduce time for collecting data, recorded data can be used to analyze current process, improve the accuracy of identifying and quantifying rejected products from production lines to the dismantling area, provide clear traceability for reject, process and line, and enabled classification of dismantled components into reused and scrap categories based on dismantling outcomes. The features of the application have been tested through black box testing to ensure that all functional components operate as intended.Item Perancangan Aplikasi Informasi Training Record Berbasis Web PT Cicor Panatec(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-07-10) Muhamad Firdaus Muhamad Firdaus; Arif, HamdaniPT Cicor Panatec sangat memperhatikan pentingnya pelatihan bagi setiap karyawan guna mendukung pengembangan diri secara berkelanjutan. Pencatatan pelatihan yang efektif menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk memantau dan mengelola riwayat pelatihan, kualifikasi, serta sertifikasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Namun, proses pencatatan secara manual atau sistem konvensional seringkali kurang efisien dan berisiko tinggi terhadap kehilangan data serta penggunaan kertas yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pelatihan berbasis web yang dapat membantu PT Cicor Panatec dalam mengelola data pelatihan karyawan secara efisien, terstruktur, dan ramah lingkungan. Metodologi penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, serta implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel. Sistem ini dirancang dengan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan, menyediakan fitur informasi pelatihan terintegrasi, pemantauan daftar karyawan aktif, serta penyusunan laporan pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pelatihan serta mendukung pengembangan kompetensi karyawan secara menyeluruh.Item RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL (IQC) BERBASIS WEB DI PT XYZ BATAM(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-06-20) Febriadi Lesmana Febriadi Lesmana; Idris, MuhammadIn this era of globalization, technological development is progressing rapidly, particularly in the field of information and communication systems. Every company, organization, and even government requires the role of information technology in data security and management. This development has caused the business environment to change rapidly and unpredictably. One company that has adapted to information technology is PT XYZ Batam. This study focuses on a case at PT XYZ Batam to develop the IQC (Incoming Quality Control) application, which aims to support Quality Control in the Customer Satisfaction & Quality Department. This application is designed as a reporting system for the test results of Part Numbers conducted through two methods: Spring Endurance Test and Daily Check using testing machines. Additionally, IQC also serves as a platform for recording and reporting room temperature and humidity data, replacing the manual recording previously done with Excel files. The main goal of this application is to improve the management of quality control test results and monitoring room conditions. IQC uses an SQL database to store and manage test results data, as well as generate structured reports on the status of tested Part Numbers, temperature, and humidity data. This web-based application provides an easy-to-use interface for entering test results and accessing historical reports, supporting paperless operations, and enabling systematic traceability of quality control data.Item Aplikasi Employee Change Record(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-12-13) Maulana, Alip Surya; Santiputri, MettaProses pergantian status karyawan merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya untuk memastikan pengelolaan karyawan yang efektif di PT Cladtek Bi-metal Manufacturing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Employee Change Record (ECR) berbasis web sebagai solusi untuk menggantikan metode manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan inefisiensi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan prototyping, yang melibatkan interaksi intensif antara pengguna dan pengembang dalam setiap tahap perancangan. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur seperti pengajuan perubahan status karyawan, riwayat ECR, persetujuan otomatis, serta notifikasi email. Implementasi aplikasi ini telah menghasilkan peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan data, mengurangi waktu proses persetujuan, dan memastikan keamanan data dengan membatasi akses melalui jaringan internal perusahaan. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ECR berbasis web ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan, khususnya dalam meminimalisasi risiko kesalahan manual dan mempercepat proses pergantian status karyawan.
