Item Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Niat Nasabah Dalam Menggunakan Mobile Banking(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-07-21) Mustika, Mega; Mayasari,MegaThis study aims to determine the influence of factors of Trust, Perceived Ease of Used, Compatibility Lifestyle, Perceived Usefulness to customer intentions in using mobile banking. This research was conducted on BNI, BCA and Mandiri bank customers. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique with the number of samples of 100 customers of mobile banking users. The type of data used is the primary data. Methods of data collection with questionnaire distribution. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The result of this research indicates that trust, ease, lifestyle compatibility and perception of power have positive and significant influence to customer's intention in using mobile banking. Population in this study is banking sector companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The total company obtained for 30 companies that become the sample in this research. The effects of independent variables such as the leverage and the firm size on profitability are examined by panel data analysis methods. The results of this study show that leverage variable does not effect to profitability. Firm size variable does not effect to profitability. Future research should use other independent variables that may affect the profitability companies.Item Pengaruh Persepsi Kebermanfaatan, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan Dan Kepuasan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Penggunaan E-Filing Oleh Wajib Pajak(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-07-07) Mahmudah, Nurul; Kartikaningdyah, ElyThis study aims to determine whether or not the influence of perceptions of usefulness, convenience perceptions, and user satisfaction with the use of e-filing. The data of this study were obtained from the questionnaire (Primer) distributed to taxpayers in Batam, especially in the Telecommunications Company with a sample of 50 respondents. The results showed that (1) the perception of usefulness had positive effect on the use of e-filing. This is evidenced by a simple linear regression analysis obtained from the sig value. 0.003 which can be interpreted that the result value sig. <0,05 which means there is influence between usability perception toward usage of e-filing. (2) the perception of ease of use has a positive effect on the use of e-filing. This is proved by simple linear regression analysis obtained by sig value. 0,023 which can be interpreted that result of sig value. <0.05 which means there is an influence between the perception of ease of use towards the use of e-filing. (3) user satisfaction has no effect on the use of e-filing. This is proved by simple linear regression analysis obtained by sig value. 0,761 which can be interpreted that result of sig value. > 0.05 which means there is no influence between user satisfaction with the use of e-filing. (4) perceptions of usability, perceptions of ease of use and user satisfaction together influential. This is evidenced by simple linear regression analysis obtained by sig. 0.018. From these results can be concluded that the perception of usability, perceived ease of use affect the use of e-filing while user satisfaction does not affect the use of e-filing. This research still has limitation that sampling only focuses on Telecommunication Company only, it is recommended for further research in order to add variable and sample to be studied.Item Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Bus Trans Batam Di Kota Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-21) Deepseani, Ni Putu Resi; Zaenuddin, MuhammadThis study aimed to provide empirical evidence on the influence of service quality and price fairness to customer satisfaction of Bus Trans Batam in Batam. The population of this study were passangers of Bus Trans Batam. The sampling method used is Nonprobability Sampling by using Purposive Sampling Approach. There are 366 samples that meet the criteria of this study sample. Data analysis technique used were Structural Equation Modeling Smart Partial Least Square (SEM-SmartPLS 3.0). The results of this study indicate that service quality and price fairness have a positif influence to customer satisfaction of Bus Trans Batam. Further research can focus on another public sector or private sector and can analyze other factors that affect to customer satisfaction.Item Pengaruh Financial Self-Efficacy Terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan Individu(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-09) Sijabat, Zessy Methovana; Mayasari,MegaEach individual has different behaviors in managing their finances. Many factors affect this, one of self-efficacy. This study aims to examine the effect of financial self-efficacy on individual financial management behavior. The population in this research is Civil Servant. Researchers distributed questionnaires to all Civil Servants who work in Kantor Bersama Batam Center with a final total of respondents was 224. This study uses a simple regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables of financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior. The results of this research shows that financial self-efficacy positively and significant effect on financial management behavior. Characteristics of community satisfaction index by using weighted average. Quality of public services and procedures. The sample of this research is Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Batam. Sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The test instrument used is simple linear regression analysis. The result of the research find the quality of public service have significant effect to. Public service procedures have no significant effect on. This study only discusses the quality of public services, namely fast and good service, accurate information, alert and communicative, friendly and considerate, and facilities. Public service procedures are registration process, routine administration, on time, payment proof and inspection service. This can be done in a limited scope. Further research is expected to add proxies and other variables to see the effect on the results of further researchItem Analisis Pengaruh Risiko, Kompetisi, Diversifikasi Pendapatan, Kapitalisasi Dan Size Terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-07-17) Berlian, Monica; Sinarti, SinartiThis study aims to determine the effect of risk, competition, income diversification, capitalization and size to profitability at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The technique of determining the sample using non probability sampling (non random) in the form of purposive sampling with the number of samples as much as 120 banking companies in Indonesia. The type of data used is Secondary Data. Methods of data collection were conducted by database technique. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with Eviews 8. The result of this research indicates that the influence of risk significantly influences banking profitability, competition significantly affects banking profitability, income diversification significantly affects bank profitability, capitalization significantly affects bank profitability, while size influences have a significant to banking profitability. Risk, Competition, Income Diversification, Capitalization and Size together or simultaneously have a significant effect on banking profitability. The limitations in this study are the sample in this study is limited to companies in the field of conventional banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Suggestions for subsequent research should add another variable and increase the number of samples, Banks in Indonesia focus more on the intermediary function of lending, because based on this research income diversification can reduce bank profitability.Item Nilai Dari Penggunaan Media Sosial Pada Retail Tas Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-09) Fitri, Elsa; Mayasari,MegaThe development of the internet is expanding, the entrepreneur needs to consider the utilization of computer technology and telecommunications to do business (E- business). Batam is an industrial city located on the border of the State, thus making the Batam become werehouse imported products. The use of social media by retail bags in Batam has been mushrooming at present. This research aims to find out whether the factors that encourage the use of social media usage against the perception of the value of the use of social media (internal operations, customer service, marketing and sales). Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of PLS-SEM. Results from this study are consistent with previous research suggesting that competence in technology, customer pressure, competitive pressures, and mobile environment positive effect against the use of social media by retail bag Batam, different from the competitive pressures that influence negatively. Social media use the positive effect of the use of social media (internal operations, marketing, sales and customerservice). The limitations in this study was the only one researching social media users retail bag Batam, so research can then use wider sample of such retail fashion (shoes, clothes, bags, etc).
