Item Pengaruh Upah, Motivasi Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja Kinerja Karyawan(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-15) Siregar, Meliana; Gunawan, HendraThe purpose of study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of wages on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effecy of work performance on employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees in the manufacturing industry escpecially at Batu Ampar companies with sampel taken from 100 responden. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a questionnaire survey and used data analysis SPSS versi 23. The result in this study show that the wages a have positif and significant effect on employee performance, the work motivation a have positif and significant effect on employee performance, and the work performance a have positif and significant effect on employee performance. This study only used a sample of permanent employees who work on manufacturing companies in Batu Ampar. So futher research is recommended to use samples from other companies.Item Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-25) Butar Butar, Friska Susanti; Irsutami, IrsutamiThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance. Training measured by the dimensions of skills and knowledge, while working motivation dimension is measured by motives, expectations, and incentives, and the employee's performance can be measured by indicators of quantity of work, quality of work, cooperation, understanding of the task, initiative, discipline and reliability. Respondents in this study were 200 employees of accounting staf who work in manufacturing companies in Batam, technique which is used to analyze this study is simple linear regression analysis. Results of the study found that training and motivation work have positive iミflueミce oミ eマployee perforマaミce. Based oミ these results it’s advisable for the company to provide adequate training and increase employee motivation to improve the productivity of the company. This study is confined to the accounting staf employees in manufacturing companies in Batam, so further research is recommended to use the different samples and from other types of companies.Item Pengaruh Imbalan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Batam)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-26) Hidayati, Nurul; Septiari, DoviThis study aims to identify and analyze employee satisfaction Manufacturing Company in Batam. Relative to the how employees can work as well as possible and employees have a high motivation to finish the job with the reward. This study aims to demonstrate the significant effect of reward and motivation on employee job satisfaction. In analyzing the data used descriptive analysis that shows the distribution of items of each variable, and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of testing with multiple linear regression and regression analysis showed that the variable remuneration and motivation to job satisfaction indicated by the value of R Square is equal to 0.621. This figure shows that the variable remuneration and motivation that are used in the regression equation is to contribute to job satisfaction 62% while the remaining 38% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of this study concluded that the rewards and motivation significant and positive impact on job satisfaction of employees in Manufacturing Company in Batam.Item Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015) Agus Tiyawan, Rian; Septiari, DoviEmployee’s are one of the assets of the company in obtaining revenue. Employees who have the quality and integrity is a resource that is expected of the company. Efforts by the company to gain human resources which are expected to contribute positively in the improvement of employee performance. This research have purpose to found the influence of financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment to employee performance. Respondents in this study were 396 permanent employees who worked in manufacturing companies in Batam, a data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis. The research found that financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation has no direct influence on employee performance, but motivation and organizational commitment directly affect the performance of employees in Batam. Based on these results, it is advisable for the company to pay more attention to the policy of compensation, motivation, and creating employee commitment so that the performance of employees in the company will be increase. This study is limited to permanent employees of manufacturing companies in Batam, then for subsequent studies recommended to use sample from other types of company.Item Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-20) Rani, Indria Hangga; Mayasari,MegaEmployees are very important factors in an organization to achieve organizational goals. The satisfactory performance of the employee is not created in an instant but it takes a continuous evaluation. This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and employee performance and motivation influence on the relationship between performance appraisal and employee performance. This study uses simple regression analysis and test interaction or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The population in this study includes permanent employees of Batam manufacturing company in Electronics Industry. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method, based on a population that has been described above, then the selected samples in this study was 146 employees. The data was collected using questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the assessment of performance brings a significant and positive effect on employee performance. In 20015 we have done especially to factory company in batam with collect the data questionnairefrom employee of engineering department. This research has been tested with realibility and validity test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis test. The result of this research work motivation has positif impact and significant toward employee performance, statisfaction salary has negative impact and insignificant toward employee performance, turnover intention has positif impact and significant toward work performance. The limitation of the research is many companies is opened only for manufacturing sector basically in factory, some companies one turn away to the survey and some of thethem return the questionnaire so that influence of this data analysis. The achievement of the goal of every organization is affected by the behavior of the organization that is a reflection of the behavior and attitude of the workers contained in an organization. This research aims to find out there is positive between the performance appraisal and motivation on employee performance. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study involves the permanent employees of Manufacturing Firm in Batamindo Industrial Park. Samples are selected using the method of purposive sampling, based on the population that has been described above, then the sample was selected in this study are 77 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results show that the performance appraisal and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. The leadership style was assessed by two characteristics , namely : Follower Belief Questionnaire and Attributes of Leader Behavior Questionnaire and the motivation and performance of employees assessed as a whole depends on the theory used. After testing the hypothesis by using SPSS 17, following the results of the hypothesis: There is a positive and significant impact on employee performance leadership style and there is no a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance. Each variable was tested in one by one, using a simple linear analysis.
