    Rancang Bangun Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas Untuk Daerah Sei Temiang

    Design of Biogas Power Plant is a research campus to meet the needs of new renewable energy and environmentally friendly. Then conducted the research with engineering scale biogas power plant in the area of domestic Sei Temiang Batam. By utilizing livestock waste contained in the sei temiang, Batam, so we try to build biogas power plants around the farm area. In the process of implementation, this design, the location where digester for decomposition can not be far from the ranch, because the source used is cow dung. And for a mixture of water, the water used is fresh water, or use the nearest water source around the farm area. Temperature to be one important factor for the decomposition, because the temperature is well open to the biogas production ranged 30-55 C , therefore the digester should be placed in an open space exposed to direct sunlight. Prototype plant uses a mixture of cow dung and water (with a ratio of 1:1) as much as 576 liters. Volume of gas produced as much as 624 liters. This gas volume can be used to power electricity for 35 minutes with a power output of 700 Watt

    Rancang Bangun Auto Transfer Switch Menggunakan Triac

    The availability of electrical power from utility sometimes disturbed, be it from internal of the system like equipment failure or from external of the system like nature phenomenon, so it will obstruct daily activities. However if the activities are urgent, so disturbance of electrical power is not allowed. It cannot help but must use backup supply that generally obtained from diesel generator that usually called genset. Despite that, turning the genset on manually there will be a rather long time delay so it is not too effective if the activities need to handled fast. Therefore this research is useful to solve that problem. This device uses three modes, those are Manual PLN, Manual Genset, and Auto. Manual PLN and Manual Genset mode, the transfer of electricity supply done manually. Meanwhile Auto mode transfers electricity supply by detects which supply available and then transfer it to load. The detection done by converting PLN’s AC supply to DC then directing it to Arduino microcontroller which will process incoming input then triggers TRIAC PLN or TRIAC Genset based on the status of PLN’s supply so power will flow to load pass through the TRIAC. This device can do the switching with good timing accuracy that matches with the programmed delay in microcontroller with nominal current 6A.

    Simulasi Navigasi Kapal : Point To Point Dengan Gps

    Ship is a marine transportation that used for connect the islands. So that we need a reliable navigation system for easy control. Autopilot is one of the alternative driver to run the ship automatically. By using electronics coordinate point that can determined by GPS module (GY.NEO6MV2). With the coordinates point, the driver can automatically determine the direction of the ship. In the control, the point coordinates in the input through the keypad and the results will be displayed on the LCD. Arduino Uno will process the goal with a predetermined mathematical formula to get the point coordinates of the destination of the ship. After that two propeller ship propulsion will determine the position of the destination. And the ship will change the position and heading towards the goal. To control the propeller, use Driver Monster moto shield Arduino (VNH2SP30) as controlling propeller speed and direction of rotary propeller. All the system is set by Arduino, so we need the right program in control. From the observation can be obtained the data input of the destination, tilt angle, distance goal, heading the ship, and the movement of the ship propellers.

    A ship is a sea transportation in use to connect inter-island.So that in need his navigation system to ease controllers.Auto pilot is one of alternative drivers to drive a ship is automatic.With in the electronics sensors compass ( hmc 5883l ). With the compass, the drivers could determine automatically toward a goal a ship.Vessel in put anywhere.Uno arduino will activates sensory compass.After that two propeler locomotion a ship will determine the position of direction compass.And the ship would change position and to toward the north or to the poles of the earth.To control propeller, in use driver monsters moto sheild arduino ( VNH2SP30 ) as speed controller propeller and direction turn propeller.All systems set with arduino uno, so that in need program right moment in pengendalianya. From observation can diperolah data a heading a ship, and the movement of propeller a ship.

    Deteksi Dini Kebakaran Menggunakan Arduino

    The fire is one of the most frequent disaster occurred in several cities and in the countryside. The fire disaster is very dangerous because it can take some casualities. To handle fire disaster at the moment it's a lot of building to installed automatic water atomizer to handle fires that may occur during the night. But, building owners still need to get the word out that fire rapidly in order to take further action to prevent bigger losses. So it takes a fire detection tool by using a system of SMS notifications using SIM900, the MQ-2 sensor can detect smoke of the fire and LM35 sensor can detect the temperature of the fire, so as to provide a warning if the owner being are outside the home. All components that are controlled by using the Arduino Uno. This tool has the advantage because it is easy to use and compatible with all devices based on SMS communication. With the creation of this tool, the process of early detection of fires can be done easily and safely. And this tool can be developed using Internet-based notification.

    Trainer Penyearah Setengah Gelombang dan Gelombang Penuh Tak Terkendali Tiga Fasa

    In principle, the half wave rectifiers and full wave rectifiers of three phase consist of a single phase transformer connected wye on the primary and secondary sides, diodes, and capacitors. This circuit serves to convert alternating voltage (AC) into direct voltage (DC). In this Last Project, the rectifier trainer made uncontrolled half wave and three phase full wave. The input voltage source used in this trainer is a three-phase voltage of 380 V, which is then downgraded to 20.7 V using a transformer. The measured load results from half wave and full wave rectifiers produce different output voltages, as for the full wave at load R is 19.848 V, at load L is 14.886 V, and at load C is 13.232 V. While at half-wave load R produce output voltage equal to 8,632 V, at load L yield 8,881 V, and at load C equal to 5,419 V.

    Sistem Keamanan Tempat Tinggal Berbasis Alarm Dan Gsm

    SMS based house monitoring allow users to get information regarding the condition of their residences when they are not in place. By using electronic components, SMS can be sent via the GSM900A module. In this research, to increase the security in residential, besides SMS warning, system also enhanced with alarm that will ring if there’s security breakout. SMS and alarm output are controlled by an Arduino Uno microcontroller by using two PIR sensor and one magnetic switch as the input. PIR sensor, as well as magnetic switch, will control the condition of the object detected. The condition observed are then sent through Arduino Uno microcontroller as an input that will be processed to generate the output in the form of SMS via GSM SIM 900A module and activating alarm via buzzer system. The process from these system is supported by installation in a strategic room to receive the best input and to achieve better output. Based on the objectives of the research, SMS and alarm output will not be activated in the same time. Instead, it will be activated separately according to its specific conditions Results observed shown that PIR sensor generated 2 up to 3.7 volt when detecting an object. Magnetic switch data showed high or low result. High indicates open condition and low indicates close condition.

    Kendali Motor Servo Dengan Gerakan Kepala

    In the field of robotics servo motors are widely used as actuators, servo motor is generally controlled with a joystick, using the joystick still has a limitations, namely the control of still using close proximity. So here the author makes a device that can control a servo motor with a distance by using head movement. The system controller uses an accelerometer sensor that is mpu6050 can detect the movement of the user’s head and then the data from these sensors seve to move the servo motor that is controlled by a microcontroller that is a Arduino uno. This research has produced a full servo controlled by the movement of the head that was appliead to the head of the robot, which can be used in this research study in the field of robotics to control servo motors with long distances.

    Learning achievement of the students affected various factors that influence these factors one of which is of many kinds of learning. Instructional media used when prises learning. A media that can help learning about electronics components, namely resistor, inductor, and capasitor. A media call name is Trainer R-L-C. Making this Trainer R- L-C need ingredients like box size 30x40, banana socket, pcb board, and some components of electro like (resistor, capasitor, diode, lowering the voltage regulator, and IC NE555). From observations made on experiemental tool RLC NE555, it can be conclude that the greater the voltage in use, the greater the frequency generated. Calculations produced by the oscilloscope is not much different from the manual calculation, but more precise and easier if you use an osilloscope.

    Pengontrol Conveyor Pada Mesin Pengering Ikan Teri

    In the traditional process of drying anchovy should be stocked on top of the drying container so that the anchovy can be dried evenly, stocking here done manually which is stocked directly by hand so that this process can degrade the quality of anchovy, because becoming less hygienic. Therefore we need a spreader tool anchovy automatically. Here the researchers used as a spreader conveyor anchovy. Conveyor is designed to facilitate the drying machine anchovy in spreading the fish inside the machine. The working principle of this tool is to utilize the force of gravity to make the anchovy down from the entrance of the machine for the next fall to the first conveyor, then be dropped into a second conveyor with a spread to proceed to the drying process. Based on research that has been done the tool is able to spread 11 kg of anchovy in one time production.
