Item ANALYSIS OF MATERIAL SUPPLIER SELECTION FOR PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY PT. REXVIN GROUP USING THE METHOD ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-09-11) Jumiati; Septiana, MaryaniAbstract: The objective of this article is to present a decision support system for supplier selection of materials for property development companies, specifically PT. Rexvin Group, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The importance of this research is to provide variations in the application of the AHP method in the property industry, thereby enriching the scientific literature related to material procurement. The research begins by identifying the main criteria (price, material quality, and material handling) based on the opinions of expert respondents, then analyzed pairwise to determine the priority weight of each criterion. The next step is to compare supplier alternatives (Katindo Utama, Citra Beton, and Lingga Furnindo) against each criterion to obtain the final score. The calculation results show that Katindo Utama is the best supplier with the highest score (0.632), followed by Citra Beton (0.232) and Lingga Furnindo (0.135). These results prove that the AHP method can be a systematic, objective decision-making tool and can serve as a reference for material supplier selection in the property sector.Item Analysis of the Role of Green Logistics and Human Resources in Waste Management in the F&B Industry and Retail Sector in Batam City (Case Study: Indogrosir Batam)(ICAESS, 2025-09-24) Nabila, Ananda; Kurnilasari, Dwi TiaraThe application of green logistics (GL) and green human capital (GHC) is an important strategy in supporting sustainable waste management, par-ticularly in the food and beverage (F&B) and retail sectors. This study aims to analyze how GL and the role of GHC support the effectiveness of waste manage-ment at Indogrosir Batam. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Information was obtained from four informants selected through snowball sampling, with a research period from October to September 2025. The results showed that GL was implemented in the form of product returns, sorting of goods from the warehouse, and reduc-tion in plastic use, which had an impact on reducing food loss and food waste. The role of human resources is also significant in supporting waste management, although this involvement is still informal and has not been facilitated by training, evaluation indicators, or a coaching system. These findings reveal a gap between theory, which emphasizes the importance of SOPs, performance indicators, and special teams, and practice, which still relies on individual initiative. This study recommends the development of formal SOPs, the establishment of evaluation indicators, the formation of a special waste management team, the improvement of human resource capacity through training, and the strengthening of coopera-tion with suppliers and collectors so that the implementation of GL and GHC can be more measurable, efficient, and sustainable.Item Customer Satisfaction Analysis on Service Quality Using SERVQUAL and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) at PT XYZ(2025-09-17) Hermawan, Anjani Khadijah; Mochtoha, HimawanThe logistics industry in Batam is growing rapidly in line with the increase in export-import activities and the need for shipping efficiency (Putri & Santosa, 2022). PT XYZ, as a freight forwarding company, faces challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction in the midst of fierce competition (BP Batam, 2025). This study analyzed the quality of service using the Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods (Parasuraman et al., 1988; Martilla & James, 1977), based on data from 25 active clients. The results showed that the tangibles (-0.60), assurance (-0.10), and reliability (-0.04) dimensions had the highest negative gaps, indicating the need for service improvement. On the other hand, empathy and responsiveness show a positive gap, exceeding customer expectations. Based on the mapping of the IPA, attributes in the three main dimensions are included in Quadrant I as a priority for improvement. Therefore, it is recommended to increase delivery accuracy, simplify the ordering process, and implement SOPs based on service KPIs (Nurwahyudi & Rimawan, 2021).Item Analisis Human Error pada Proses Ekspor Impor PT XYZ dengan Metode Systematic Human error Reduction and Prediction Approach (SHERPA)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2025-08-11) Aura Chaisya Wardani Aura Chaisya Wardani; Wirawan, AdhitomoPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor human error yang terjadi pada proses ekspor-impor di PT X menggunakan metode Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach (SHERPA). Sementara itu, risiko lain seperti pelaksanaan prinsip FIFO (First In First Out) yang tidak optimal, serta penggunaan kardus bekas menempati urutan selanjutnya.
