    Implementasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap sistem MyHR pada PT Infineon Technologies

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to the MyHR system at PT Infineon Technologies Batam. Through the analysis of Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Attitude Toward Using, this study aims to understand how these factors influence the acceptance and adoption of the system by employees. The population in this study includes all individuals who use the MyHR system in submitting work certificates. The sample of this study was 100 people who were determined using the Slovin formula. Quantitative methods were used to collect data through questionnaires distributed to employees. The results showed that perceived ease and usefulness had a positive impact on the acceptance of the MyHR system, while user attitude did not significantly affect acceptance.

    PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN DUKUNGAN REKAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KONTRAK DENGAN JOB EMBEDDEDNESS SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT SIMATELEX MANUFACTORY BATAM

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana stres kerja dan dukungan rekan kerja berdampak pada kinerja karyawan kontrak dengan job embeddedness sebagai variabel intervening di PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam. Sebanyak 212 karyawan yang terlibat dalam penelitian yang diberikan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode simple random sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan sofware IBM SPSS 24. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dukungan rekan kerja dan Job Embeddedness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job embeddedness, dukungan rekan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job embeddedness. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa job embeddedness memediasi secara negatif hubungan pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja dan job embededdness memediasi secara positif hubungan pengaruh dukungan rekan kerja terhadap kinerja.

    PENGARUH MOTIVASI, FASILITAS, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT SAT NUSAPERSADA Tbk

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, fasilitas, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sat Nusa persada Tbk secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini masuk ke dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 96 responden yang diambil dengan penarikan sample Purposive sampling dimana seluruh karyawan produksi departemen Murata PT Sat Nusa persada Tbk yang dipilih sebagai kriterianya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai uji t membuktikan motivasi, fasilitas dan juga disiplin kerja masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sat Nusa persada Tbk. Tidak hanya itu saja, berdasarkan uji F, diperoleh hasil bahwa ketiga variabel independen motivasi, fasilitas, serta disiplin kerja juga secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sat Nusa Persada Tbk.

    The Influence Of Organizational Activity, Learning Motivation, And Family Environment On The Learning Achievement Of Students At Batam State Polytechnic

    Student activeness in organizations aims to develop and apply the experience gained in life. The individual's internal strength to provide enthusiasm in learning activities. The family environment includes all interactions, emotional support, and dynamics between family members that affect child development. This study uses quantitative analysis methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational activities, learning motivation, and family environment on the learning achievement of students at the Batam State Polytechnic. From the test results obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 then H4 is accepted, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of organizational activities (X1), learning motivation (X2), and family environment (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the learning achievement of students at the Batam State Polytechnic.

    The Influence of Customer Experience, Service Quality and Product Variations on Repurchase Intention in Mixue Ice Cream and Tea Products in Batam City

    This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of Customer Experience, Service Quality and Product Variation on Repurchase Intention for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea products in Batam City. To explain the position of the variables studied and the relationships between these variables, this research uses a quantitative approach. This research utilized primary data collected from 100 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Samples were taken from consumers who had purchased Mixue products at least 5 times in the last 3 months. Using the SmartPLS version 4.0 tool, a data analysis approach was applied to evaluate the research instrument by going through the stages of assessing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a significant relationship between the influence of customer experience on repurchase intention, service quality has a significant influence on repurchase intention, while product variety does not have a significant influence on repurchase intention. The implications of the results of this research indicate that Mixue outlets, especially those located around Batam City, must maintain good service so that consumers continue to have a positive experience and maintain a strong impression when consumers buy the product again. And there is a need to improve the product variety aspect, namely by promoting with clearer visual communication, product descriptions and sample offers that are easy to understand to help customers understand the product better.
