PJAP Polibatam adalah sebuah startup yang berorientasi pada pendidikan perpajakan dan menciptakan aplikasi pelaporan pajak versi edukasi pertama dan satu-satunya di Indonesia. Sebagai bisnis yang baru, PJAP Polibatam perlu beradaptasi agar dapat bersaing dan berjalan dalam jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang model bisnis startup PJAP Polibatam dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, data yang diperoleh melalui desk research, validasi pasar, dan wawancara. Kemudian dilakukan analisis SWOT, Four Action Framework, dan analisis Five Forces Porter. Startup PJAP Polibatam memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pendidikan perpajakan di Indonesia. Dengan visi dan misi yang kuat, serta dukungan dari pihak terkait, Startup ini memiliki peluang untuk menjadi pelopor dan pemimpin dalam penyedia aplikasi perpajakan versi edukasi alat bantu pembelajaran perpajakan yang inovatif dan efektif. Validasi pasar menunjukkan adanya minat dan kebutuhan institusi pendidikan akan aplikasi perpajakan versi edukasi.
- ItemComparison of Stock Performance Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Islamic Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-07-25) Lidianti, Zila; Wirawan, AdhitomoThis study aims to analyze the differences in stock performance of Islamic banks on the IDX before and during the Covid-19 pandemic and identify Islamic banks with the strongest and weakest stock performance during the period. This type of research is quantitative with financial statement data from four Islamic banks listed on the IDX before and during the pandemic. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using ratio analysis and paired sample t-test. The results showed that of the eight ratios tested, five ratios (price earning ratio, price book value, market to book ratio, earning yield, dividend per share) did not have significant differences, while the other three ratios (dividend yield, earning per share, dividend payout ratio) showed significant differences. Bank Tabungan Pensiun Syariah showed the best market performance during the pandemic, thanks to its stable income segment focus, status as a state-owned bank, and dividend policy implemented.

In this study using 10 sources that have been determined in accordance with the appropriate criteria in the study, for the selection of sources using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of internal control in the procedure for receiving and issuing goods at the Semiconductor Company in Batam City is running quite well, but there are still some weaknesses such as in the control environment component where the outer cardboard of the goods is still found to be damaged, and also found in the information and communication component where it is still often missed information sent.
- ItemThe Influence of Customer Experience, Service Quality and Product Variations on Repurchase Intention in Mixue Ice Cream and Tea Products in Batam City(The International Conference on Applied Economics and Social Science (ICAESS), 2024-07-26) Saputri, Tasya Mochicha; Putri, Ancala LarasThis research aims to analyze and explain the influence of Customer Experience, Service Quality and Product Variation on Repurchase Intention for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea products in Batam City. To explain the position of the variables studied and the relationships between these variables, this research uses a quantitative approach. This research utilized primary data collected from 100 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Samples were taken from consumers who had purchased Mixue products at least 5 times in the last 3 months. Using the SmartPLS version 4.0 tool, a data analysis approach was applied to evaluate the research instrument by going through the stages of assessing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a significant relationship between the influence of customer experience on repurchase intention, service quality has a significant influence on repurchase intention, while product variety does not have a significant influence on repurchase intention. The implications of the results of this research indicate that Mixue outlets, especially those located around Batam City, must maintain good service so that consumers continue to have a positive experience and maintain a strong impression when consumers buy the product again. And there is a need to improve the product variety aspect, namely by promoting with clearer visual communication, product descriptions and sample offers that are easy to understand to help customers understand the product better.
- ItemPengaruh Organizational Justice, Employee Engagement dan Work life balance terhadap Employee Turnover Intention Generasi Y pada PT XYZ(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-07-29) Pitaloka, Nadia Alvida; Rahman, Fuad ArifPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud mengetahui pengaruh dari organizational justice, employee engagement, dan work life balance terhadap employee turnover intention generasi Y pada PT XYZ. Fokus dalam penelitian merupakan generasi Y pekerja PT XYZ berjenis kelamin laki-laki ataupun perempuan dengan rentang usia 25 – 42 tahun dan masa kerja >1 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas dengan teknik purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 150 responden yang diolah menggunakan SPSS Statistics V25. Temuan atau hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice dan employee engagement berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap employee turnover intention dan work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee turnover intention generasi Y. Temuan lainnya juga menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice, employee engagement, dan work life balance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap employee turnover intention generasi Y pada PT XYZ
- ItemAnalisis Nilai Intrinsik Saham Dengan Pendekatan DDM Dan PER Sebagai Dasar Keputusan Investasi(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-07-29) Bangun, Sania Christyn Br; Hendrawan, BambangPenelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, bertujuan menganalisis nilai intrinsik saham serta memberikan saran keputusan investasi, dengan objek penelitian yaitu perusahaan yang masuk daftar indeks LQ45, menggunakan pendekatan DDM dan PER. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisa, yaitu 16 perusahaan berada pada kondisi undervalued. Keputusan investasi yang dapat dipertimbangkan yakni membeli saham tersebut. Sedangkan 1 perusahaan berada pada kondisi overvalued. Sehingga keputusan investasi yang disarankan yaitu menjual saham.
- ItemSurvei Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Pelayanan Perizinan Tanah Di Badan Pengusahaan (BP) Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-07-31) Ananda, Fira Junia; Sinaga, Inggrid WahyuThis research aims to determine how the quality of service affects customer satisfaction at the Directorate of LandManagement of BP Batam through the Customer Satisfaction Survey. The population in this research includes all individuals who apply for land permits at the Directorate of Land Management of BP Batam. The sample of this research was 96 people determined using the Zikmund Formula. Questionnaire testing involved a validity test using Product Moment Correlation, a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha, and a classical assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). The results of this research found three variables, namely the variables Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, the other two variables Assurance and Tangible were found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
- ItemDESIGN E-CATALOGUE INFORMATION SYSTEM AS PROMOTIONAL MEDIA AT PT. XYZ(ICAESS, 2024-08-20) Kahfi, Al; Zuliarni, SriThis study aims to design an e-catalogue information system as a promo-tional media for PT. XYZ using the waterfall method. The system is de-signed to facilitate e-catalogue design and product data management, there-by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of product promotion. System testing was conducted using the blackbox equivalence partitioning method with PT. XYZ's management and beta testing involving 74 respondents, in-cluding experts in information technology, digital marketing specialists, and potential consumers. The test results show that the developed e-catalogue system meets user needs in terms of ease of use, clarity of infor-mation, and efficiency in e-catalogue design. With this system, PT. XYZ is expected to become more competitive in the market and boost product sales..
- ItemAnalysis of Service Quality Using the Servqual Method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) at PT. XYZ(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-08-22) Suprianto, Oskar; Harlan, Fandy BestarioThe data shows a significant number of consumers canceling their home unit purchases in 2023, which has become a serious concern for PT. XYZ. In the highly competitive market of Batam with 70 developers, service quality is key to maintaining a competitive edge. This study aims to measure customers' expectations and perceptions of the service and identify the gap between them using the Servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results indicate a discrepancy between customer expectations and perceptions of the service quality provided. Based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Cartesian diagram, several service quality attributes are classified as very low, and improvements will be made in these areas. The researchers suggest that PT. XYZ should pay more attention to the quality of service provided to customers and focus on improving the reliability and responsiveness dimensions.

With a p-value of 0.000<0.05 and an r-square of 89.1%, the research results show that the recruitment, selection and training process factors have quite a large and significant influence on work productivity of PT. Wasco Engineering Indonesia.
- ItemAnalisis Merek: Dampak Ekuitas Merek pada Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Oppo di Kota Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-09-20) Grace, Rara Loise Dewi; Khusniah, RizaPeningkatan pengguna smartphone di Indonesia telah mendorong pertumbuhan pasar dan mempertajam persaingan antar merek. OPPO, salah satu pelaku usaha smartphone terkemuka, berhasil mempertahankan posisi kedua dalam pangsa pasar smartphone di Indonesia sepanjang periode 2020-2024. Dalam menghadapi persaingan dan berupaya mencapai posisi sebagai pemimpin pasar, OPPO dapat mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang efektif seperti ekuitas merek untuk memperkuat posisinya di pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dampak dimensi ekuitas merek yaitu kesadaran merek (X1), asosiasi merek (X2), kualitas yang dirasakan (X3), dan loyalitas merek (X4) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) smartphone OPPO di Kota Batam. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 101 penduduk Kota Batam berusia 15-64 tahun yang pernah membeli Smartphone OPPO yang ditetapkan dengan rumus Hair. Responden dipilih dengan teknik Incidental Sampling dan tersebar pada 12 kecamatan di Kota Batam. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dirancang menggunakan Google Form. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 dengan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh ialah Y = 9,055 + (0,084)X1 + (0,167)X2 + (0,728)X3 + (0,321)X4 + e. Dengan demikian kesadaran merek dan asosiasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas yang dirasakan dan loyalitas merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
- ItemPengaruh Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna di Pelabuhan Ferry Domestik Sekupang Batam(2024-09-24) Baiduri; Nanda Oktarici, EddoABSTRAK Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan yang digambarkan oleh indikator tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Riset ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan Ferry Domestik Sekupang Batam dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sample dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa tangibles dan responsiveness memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan reliability, assurance dan empathy memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan bahwa tangibles, reliability, responsiveness assurance, dan emphaty memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
- ItemAnalisis Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dan Green Trust terhadap Minat Pembelian botol minum ramah lingkungan pada masyarakat Kota Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-09-24) Mayangsari, Rika Putri; Nanda Oktarici, EdoPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis minat pembelian dipengaruhi oleh sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku persepsi dan green trust pada masyarakat Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) sebagai analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Teknik penarikan sampel yang diterapkan adalah Purposive Sampling dan responden sebanyak 385 orang dari masyarakat yang pernah menggunakan botol minum ramah lingkungan di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sikap berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat pembelian botol minum ramah lingkungan. Sedangkan Norma Subjektif, Kontrol Perilaku Persepsi dan Green Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian botol minum ramah lingkungan.

However, many companies still use conventional information systems that are inefficient and time-consuming in searching for archives. This study aims to design an electronic archive information system that facilitates information searches safely, quickly, accurately, and efficiently. The focus of designing this system is on dynamic archives, especially employee data, with integration using Microsoft Access. The data analysis method used is qualitative research with secondary data and the ADDIE model, which is known to be effective and efficient in system development. The results of the study indicate that the designed system can be an alternative to solving archive management problems at PT. Fluid Science Batam. This system is based on Microsoft Access which is expected to increase the efficiency and speed of archive management by the HR department and provide convenience and effectiveness in managing employee data.

This study analyzes the influence of communication, leadership style, and work environment on employee performance at PT FGH. The population in this study is employees of PT FGH, and the sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, with 100 employees selected based on specific criteria. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that communication, leadership style, and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance.

Berfokus pada KKV Grand Batam Mall, penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk memeriksa dampak faktor-faktor ini terhadap adopsi pengguna. Studi ini melibatkan analisis kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data dari 120 responden melalui kuesioner. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa kegunaan yang dirasakan secara signifikan memengaruhi niat Gen Z untuk menggunakan QRIS, menyoroti pentingnya kesederhanaan dan manfaat praktis dalam mendorong adopsi pembayaran digital. Namun, keamanan yang dirasakan tidak menunjukkan efek signifikan pada kepentingan mereka. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun keamanan sangat penting, itu mungkin bukan faktor penentu bagi Gen Z dalam mengadopsi QRIS. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memahami perilaku konsumen dalam lanskap pembayaran digital, terutama di kalangan generasi muda yang paham teknologi.
- ItemAnalisis Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Menggunakan Webqual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) di Pemerintah Kota Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2024-10-03) Nanda, Lidia; Septiana, MaryaniKemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan manfaat di berbagai industri, termasuk pemerintahan. Sistem Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) Pemerintah Kota Batam yang mengelola data kepegawaian secara terintegrasi. SIMPEG memudahkan akses informasi bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) melalui sistem data berbasis informasi yang terkomputerisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi kualitas website SIMPEG berdasarkan Webqual 4.0 sebagai kerangka acuan pengembangan kuesioner dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang menggunakan analisis GAP dan kuadran Kartesius sebagai alat analisis. Populasi penelitian ini ialah pengguna website SIMPEG Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Pemerintah Kota Batam. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari situs website SIMPEG terdapat kesenjangan antara kenyataan dan harapan pengguna, dengan nilai GAP analysis secara keseluruhan sebesar -0,72. Meskipun demikian, sejumlah indikator belum memenuhi kepentingan dan harapan pengguna. Menurut hasil Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) 3 indikator berada di kuadran pertama yaitu pernyataan P5,P6 dan P20 yang merupakan prioritas tertinggi dan membutuhkan peningkatan. Terdapat 9 indikator berada dikuadran kedua yaitu pernyataan P1, P4, P10, P11, P12,P14, P15, P18 dan P25 yang kualitasnya sudah sesuai dengan kepentingan dan harapan pengguna. Terdapat 11 indikator di kuadran ketiga yaitu pernyataan P2, P8, P9, P13, P16, P17, P19, P21, P22, P23 dan P24 sesuai berdasarkan kepentingan dan harapan pengguna. Terdapat 2 indikator berada di kuadran keempat yaitu pernyataan P7 dan P3 yang kinerjanya cenderung terlalu tinggi.

The family environment includes all interactions, emotional support, and dynamics between family members that affect child development. This study uses quantitative analysis methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational activities, learning motivation, and family environment on the learning achievement of students at the Batam State Polytechnic. From the test results obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 then H4 is accepted, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of organizational activities (X1), learning motivation (X2), and family environment (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the learning achievement of students at the Batam State Polytechnic.
- ItemTHE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE AND PRICE PERCEPTION ON SCARLETT WHITENING PURCHASE DECISIONS IN BATAM(POLITEKNIK NEGERI BATAM, 2024-10-03) Palit, Grace Tabita Sabrina; Sari, Desi RatnaThis research aims to find out whether brand image and price perception partially and simultaneously influence the decisions of Scarlett Whitening buyers in Batam using quantitative methods. This research took 150 respondents. This research shows that brand image (X1) and price perception (X2) have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at Scarlett Whitening in Batam (Y). Testing the calculated F value of 103.885 and F table of 3.06, it can be concluded that the calculated F value > F table or 103.885 > 3.06, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then H3 is accepted. This shows that simultaneously both brand image (X1) and price perception (X2) have an influence on consumers in purchasing Scarlett Whitening in Batam.
